"Empire" by Boy Sets Fire hits the speakers at the soldout Pengrowth Saddledome in Calgary. A huge explosion of fireworks and pyrotechnics go off near the main stage as the camera pans the audience. Signs of fans can be seen, reading "RIP Exodus", "Rather Die With The Sinner Than Live With Thunder", "Griffon For Prime Minister", and "T-Money is a Punk B*tch". The camera finally settles in on Phil Brooks and Josh Harter, who rundown the amazing card for Unholy Coronation.
Phil Brooks: Ladies and gentleman, boys and girls, it's time to bring together the high-flying action of Mayhem with the devastating power of assaults. It's Unholy Coronation, and it is time to name a king of the GWC!
Josh Harter: That's right, but before we can get to the main event, we have one explosive card. A huge, I mean HUGE, Battle Royal for a #1 contender spot kicks things off tonight!
Phil Brooks: We have Cool Dad v. Mike Sullivan, the loser goes home...FOREVER! No more GWC for you.
Josh Harter: Then that sultry gothic queen Aria Cross, puts her managerial services on the line in a triple threat match with Pillage, Phantom, and Ryder.
Phil Brooks: Two fatal fourways, the Television title between Jamal Carter, Xavier Cross, T-Money, and Joe Ragnal. Plus, the United States title with two former champions involved. It's Alaric Griffon defending against Red Solomon, David Alastair, and Phoenix Chambers. And the bitter grudge match between Exodus and Reckless Jack. Months of attacks will finally cease tonight!
Josh Harter: This is going to be one hell of a show, capped off with two of our very finest. It's Thunder, it's Miguel Sanchez, and it's for all the marbles!
Phil Brooks: Who will rule this empire? Find out tonight at Unholy Coronation!
#1 Contender for United States or Television Title Battle Royal
In the ring stands the army of competitors ready for the following match. The Emperor, Darkness, The Poet, Stephen Grace, JW McCammon, Rudy Mancino, Victor Sinclair, Jason Lane, Bishop, K-Dawg, and G-Money.
Johnny Staggs: Coming up next folks, is interpromotional match, and I am now joined by Wednesday Night Assault’s very own…Phil Brooks.
Phil Brooks: Indeed! In the ring are eleven promising young men, all wanting their time to shine.
Johnny Staggs: The winner of this contest can choose to come to my brand…Mayhem and compete for the Television Championship when they seek the chance.
Phil Brooks: Get real Staggs, or they can choose to come over to Wednesday Night Assault and challenge for the United States Championship!
Johnny Staggs: Hey fool, we’re not even in the US tonight, so why would they choose to get there?
Inside the ring, every competitor is ready for the match to begin. The bell quickly sounds, as the madness begins.
Johnny Staggs: We have two tags teams in here. And a handful of singles competitors. This shall be good! Darkness, and The Emperor quickly double team K-Dawg, as they follow up by whipping K-Dawg into the ropes. K-Dawg bounces back and both Darkness, and The Emperor nail a double overhead flap jack sending K-Dawg soaring over the top rope.
Phil Brooks: AMAZING!
Johnny Staggs: Less than sixty seconds into the match, and K-Dawg gets eliminated.
Bishop steps into the action, as he nails Darkness with a dropkick from behind. Darkness gets knocked into McCammon. McCammon nearly falls to the mat, as Rudy Mancino attacks JW McCammon like a hungry dog. Mancino continues a beat down onto McCammon, as Stephen Grace, and The Poet begin to work on The Classics…Victor Sinclair and Jason Lane. The Emperor looks confused, as the action continues on. G-Money sneaks up behind the Emperor, and tosses him over the top.
Johnny Staggs: THE EMPEROR IS ELIMINATED!
Phil Brooks: One Mayhem Member, and One Assault Member have been eliminated.
Bishop locks up with G-Money, as he powers G-Money into the ropes. Bishop nails some hard back and forth shots into the midsection of G-Money, as Bishop follows up with a huge spinning kick knocking G-Money to the mat.
Phil Brooks: I am enjoying this.
Stephen Grace gets to his feet, as he picks up Jason Lane. Stephen sets Lane up against the ropes, as he tries to flip him over the rope. Lane tries to fight off as hard as he can, but The Poet quickly comes to Stephen’s rescue…helping him throw Lane over the rope. Victor Sinclair breaks away from the action, as he sneaks over and flips The Poet over the top rope.
Johnny Staggs: Both Jason Lane, and The Poet have been eliminated!
Phil Brooks: Taking the score to two people eliminated for each brand!
Stephen Grace, and Victor Sinclair quickly lock up, as Rudy Mancino is back to his feet, as he takes Sinclair down with a spear when he seeked the opening. Sinclair drops to the mat, as Mancino quickly gets back to his feet. Rudy Mancino and Stephen Grace pull Sinclair to his feet, and send him flying over the top rope.
Phil Brooks: HA! We have two, you have three now.
McCammon is back to his feet, as he walks over to Stephen Grace, as McCammon quickly locks up with the youngster. McCammon breaks free from the lock, and maneuvers himself to behind Grace, and plants him with a huge reverse DDT. G-Money, and Bishop are continuing their brawl, as Bishop nails a jaw shattering superkick onto G-Money. G-Money staggers to the ropes, and Bishop follows with a clothesline sending G-Money out of the ring.
Phil Brooks: G-Money is out…Now Mayhem has FOUR that have been eliminated…What losers.
Johnny Staggs: And Assault only has Stephen Grace on left. I’m sure he’s next to go.
In the ring are the five remaining men: Bishop, Darkness, Stephen Grace, JW McCammon, and Rudy Mancino. The four men from Mayhem immediately charge the Tag Team Champion and overcome him with a flurry of kicks and punches. It is too much for him to handle, as Bishop and Darkness grab his legs near the rope and toss him over. JW McCammon sneaks up behind them and throws them over the rope, but both mean hold the top rope and hang without letting either foot hit the floor. They both skin the cat at the same time and begin exchanging rights and lefts. McCammon turns to the center of the ring and walks right into a belly to belly overhead suplex.
Phil Brooks: Huge explosion from Mancino on McCammon there!
Johnny Staggs: That's what it's like on Mayhem. More power, more speed, more better.
Phil Brooks: More better, huh?
Meanwhile, Bishop has Darkness on his shoulders to hit The Betrayal. Darkness slips off the shoulders of Bishop, jumps off the middle rope and hits a heelkick across the jaw of Bishop who flies over the top rope.
Phil Brooks: Bishop is gone, just three remain!
Darkness gets to his feet and is met with a vicious spear from Rudy Mancino. Mancino tries to throw Darkness over the top rope, but Darkness lands on the outside apron. Darkness blocks Mancino's right hand and knees him in the gut. Darkness then runs to the turnbuckle and jumps off hitting a spinning super-DDT on Mancino.
Johnny Staggs: Oh my, some great innovation from Darkness who looks to remain alive in this match.
McCammon is to his feet and grabs Mancino by the head, pulling him up and hits The American High. He and Darkness each grab Mancino and toss him out of the ring, then immediately begin exchanging blows.
Crowd: MERCENARY! DARKNESS! MERCENARY! DARKNESS!
Phil Brooks: Two men left! It's come down to Darkness and JW McCammon for the title shot!
Darkness misses a big right hand as McCammon ducks it and hits The McCammon Driver. McCammon lifts Darkness up and tosses him over the top rope, but Darkness holds on to the top rope. McCammon never saw it as he lifts his arms in victory. Darkness settles on the apron, jumps up off the top rope and hits McCammon from behind with a dropkick, nearly knocking the Mercenary out of the ring.
Johnny Staggs: JW almost blew the match there, he was lucky to gather himself and not go over the top.
McCammon charges at Darkness who leapfrogs him, as McCammon bounds back he receives an elbow to the jaw. Darkness then lifts McCammon to hit It Came From The Darkness, but somehow McCammon reverses it into a release german suplex, throwing Darkness over the top rope and onto the apron floor.
Michelle Madison: Ladies and gentleman, your winner by elimination...JW MCCAMMON!!!
"Bite The Bullet" hits the speakers as the crowd cheers loudly for McCammon, who celebrates in the ring. Bishop heads back down the ramp and attacks Darkness on the outside of the ring. The music cuts out as McCammon watches from inside the ring. Bishop clotheslines Darkness over the guardrail, but is held back by security before he can go over himself and continue his attack on Darkness. The bell rings several times to stop the brawl on the outside of the ring as McCammon heads up the ramp himself.
David Alastair Segment
The scene comes on with Tim Ryan, in formal attire of course, standing in front the GWC Unholy Coronation backdrop. With microphone in hand, he starts to speak. “The person I am to speak with is David Alastair, in what is rumored to be his last ever professional wrestling match…”
Alongside Ryan…steps in the New Messiah, the All-Star, and the former GWC United States Champion. His true name is David Alastair. He is still in his street clothes as he and an elegant Harleen Quinzel, in a red and black dress and her blonde hair put up quite nicely, nod to the main interviewer. Alastair and Harley look to each other before David looks back to Tim. A huge pop from the crowd occurs as the New Messiah then turns to the GWC backdrop and inhales deeply, embracing the numerous cheers. As everything subsides, David turns back to the camera and patiently waits for Tim to start up. Ryan responds by holding the microphone in front of him and beginning the interview.
“From what we know, David, you lost your United States Championship this past Assault. And according to some reports, another tragedy has occurred in your life. And on behalf of this entire organization, we send our condolences. The main question is…David…how will you overcome these adversities? Will you use this as motiv---”
David puts up his hand, stopping Tim in his tracks. Alastair then motions for Ryan to bring the mic in front of the New Messiah’s face. Allowing his hand to come down to his waist, David starts to speak out.
“Tim… this week has been very, very hard on me. But it is like this…sometimes, adversity brings out the best of a man. And throughout my life, I have fought the odds time and time again. When there are new obstacles to stand in my way, I become stronger, smarter, and tougher. To put yourself on the line each and every night with everything to lose…and only so few things to gain, makes a person a better individual. Yes, I am fighting with a heavy heart and this victory tonight…will be bittersweet…”
Alastair hangs his head, letting the jitters and butterflies within him flow out. This results in a sudden shake, like a jolt of electricity running up his spine. He finally looks up, breathing in and out…his violet eyes turning heavy and glossy.
“But tonight…will be my night…”
David points to one direction before pointing to another.
“And Calgary…Alberta…Canada…North America… the world… it’s your night too!”
The crowd gives out a deafening pop, causing David emotionally wipe the tears away from his eyes. He then points to the camera itself.
“Because it was you, the people that have supported me…the people that have criticized me…everyone that helped get me to where I am in this business…”
Alastair swallowed hard.
“The people that I worked with…the organizations that gave me the opportunities to wrestle and give my all…”
He finally exhaled.
“For that…I thank you. From the bottom of my heart, I wouldn‘t be here without you. So behold! I’m David Alastair! Remember the name, for I will always, always…remember my wonderful experience here.”
He then nodded and screams at the top of his lungs.
“So… Calgary! Make me some noise!”
Another enormous pop erupts as David and Harley brushes past Tim Ryan, leaving the interview speechless and prompting the scene to fades out.

Loser Leaves GWC Hardcore Match: Cool Dad v. Mike Sullivan
Johnny Staggs: The following contest is a hardcore match where the loser of the contest must LEAVE GWC and never return.
Damageplan's "New Found Power" plays as the arena becomes pitch black. The lights then come on shortly after to show Mike "The Icon" Sullivan on the stage posing with Ms. Adkins at his side. He is wearing street clothes.
Jack Sage: Well Don, here we go! The loser of what should be a brutal hardcore match will leave GWC and never be able to come back. That sucks no matter who loses!
Don Summit: Well, that how the match has been set up. We'll just have to cope.
Johnny Staggs: Introducing first, weighing in at 240 lbs., from Tampa, Florida. He is accompanied by Ms. Adkins. This is Mike "The Icon" Sullivan!
Black Sabbath's "Iron Man" plays as Cool Dad comes out wearing his TNA merchandise and jeans. He is carrying a garbage can that has a barbed wire bat, barbed wire 2 X 4, and two light tubes, one with barbed wire wrapped around it with other unseen weapons inside.
Jack Sage: Oh my God, it's that what I think it is?!
Don Summit: Yeah, unfortunately...
Johnny Staggs: Introducing his opponent, weighing in at 244 lbs., from Louisville, Kentucky. This is Cool Dad!
Cool Dad gets on the second rope and throws his arms out.
Don Summit: Jack, this is gonna be unholy brutality for both of these men.
The referee asks for Ms. Adkins to go backstage since she was banned from ringside due to prematch stipulations. The bell rings as both men get nose to nose from each other. Cool Dad and Mike Sullivan are talking trash when Cool Dad smacks Mike Sullivan!
Jack Sage: Man, that had to sting.
Sullivan then begins attacking Cool Dad. Cool Dad is whipped into the turnbuckles, but hits Sullivan with a back elbow which stuns him. Cool Dad whips Sullivan against the ropes and hits him with a knee to the gut. Cool Dad starts hammering him with left hands.
Jack Sage: My God, this ain't a wrestling match. No sir, this is a straight up fight!
Don Summit: Well that's why it's called a "hardcore" match.
Cool Dad picks up Sullivan and holds him in the air in a suplex position. He then with one hand does the old ECW Triple Threat hand sign. Then he falls back, slamming Sullivan hard on the mat.
Jack Sage: There a little tribute to Chris Candido there.
Cool Dad then goes back and hits a Harley Race-like knee drop to Sullivan's head. He then starts raking the face of Mike Sullivan. But Sullivan counters with both palms slamming against Cool Dad's ears. Sullivan picks up Cool Dad and hits a Michinoku Driver and attempts a pin.
1 2...
But Cool Dad kicks out. Mike Sullivan then hits a leg drop on Cool Dad and goes for the cover.
Don Summit: Mike Sullivan not being paid by the hour, he wants to get this thing over with before it gets serious.
Jack Sage: And it will get serious if Cool Dad has his way.
Mike Sullivan picks up Cool Dad and hits a Blue Thunder pin turned into a backbreaker!
Don Summit: Oh my, whatta maneuver!
Jack Sage: Cover!
1 2...
Don Summit: No! So close!
Mike Sullivan then walks over to the garbage can and pulls out the barbed wire bat.
Jack Sage: Uh oh, things are gonna get ugly now folks!
Sullivan begins to rake the barbed wire bat across the forehead of Cool Dad, which busts Cool Dad open badly.Sullivan pulls Cool Dad's shirt over his face and hits him in the back with the bat. He then proceeds to roll the bat across Cool Dad's back. Blood starts running down Cool Dad's back.
Jack Sage: Oh God, this is sickning!
Sullivan puts down the bat, picks up Cool Dad and hits a belly to back suplex onto the bat! He then covers Cool Dad.
1 2...
Jack Sage: No, only 2!
Sullivan goes over to the can and dumps out all the weapons, including what couldn't be seen before which were a screwdriver and a bag of thumbtacks. Sullivan then grabs the screwdriver and jams it into the head of Cool Dad.
Don Summit: My God, this is hard to watch!
Jack Sage: You're telling me!
Sullivan then jabs Cool Dad in the head and throws down the screwdriver. He picks up Cool Dad and uses an Awesome Bomb, then hits an elbow drop from the second rope. Mike Sullivan picks up Cool Dad and attempts to use a double underhook backbreaker, but Cool Dad counters with an hurricanrana! Cool Dad gets up and grabs the screwdriver and starts using it on Sullivan's head!
Jack Sage: Now Sullivan having the screwdriver used on him!
Don Summit: How much more of this will go on?!
Cool Dad throws down the screwdriver and picks up the 2 X 4 and rakes it across Sullivan's forehead. He then sits Sullivan against the bottom turnbuckle, puts the 2 X 4 on Sullivan's face and kicks him in the face! Cool Dad then sets down the 2 X 4 and DDT's Sullivan on the board. He then covers Sullivan.
1 2...
Jack Sage: And still, no 3 count!
Don Summit: Man, Mike Sullivan is cementing a place in history tonight!
At this time, Michael Walters starts to walk down the rampway, and gets in the ring.
Jack Sage: What the hell is he doing?
Michael then attacks Cool Dad!
Jack Sage: That son of a b*tch! He shouldn't be getting involved in this!
They put the table in the ring and set it up, putting the two light tubes and spreading thumbtacks on the table.
Jack Sage: What the hell is gonna happen now?!
Sullivan sets up Cool Dad on the top rope and uses The Iconageddon through the table! Sullivan then covers Cool Dad.
1 2... 3!!!
Johnny Staggs: Here is your winner, Mike Sullivan! Now, Cool Dad must leave GWC.
Jack Sage: Damnit! Why did Micheal Walters interfere in this match?!
Don Summit: Well, what's done is done. I just hope we get some answers on Mayhem on Monday night.
Mike Sullivan and Micheal Walters walk up the rampway, arms raised in celebration. Ms. Adkins joins them as she hugs the bloodied Mike Sullivan.
Battle for Aria Cross Pillage v. Ryder v. Phantom
Michelle Madison: Ladies and gentlemen, it is now time to decide who will be receiving the managerial services of Aria Cross! This match is scheduled for one fall with no time limit! There must be a winner.
The fans in attendence popped loudly, knowing that they're about to see a fantastic match with three of the GWC's top wrestlers. As "My Curse" by Killswitch Engage blared onto the sound system, the fans erupted in boo's, knowing who was on his way.
Michelle Madison: Introducing first, weighing in at 275 pounds, he is the Ghost of Death - Phantom!
The lights in the arena dimmed to black and Phantom stepped through the curtain to more boo's from the crowd, which didn't seem to phase the masked man in the least. As he strode calmly through the fog and stepped into the ring for his pyro, the announce team made a few comments.
Josh Harter: I've been looking forward to this one all night, Phil.
Phil Brooks: You've been looking forward to seeing Aria Cross all night, Josh.
Josh Harter: Guilty as charged.
After the pyro, Phantom slumped into his corner, watching the entrance ramp for the arrival of his first opponent.
Michelle Madison: And his opponent, weighing in at 245 pounds, ladies and gentlemen, this... is... Ryder!
"Kingdom Come" by Godflesh hit the speakers as smoke began rolling into the ringside area. More boo's erupted from the crowd, but the shadowed figure of Ryder was unphased, much like his opponent. Ryder slid under the bottom rope and stood calmly, locking eyes with Phantom for a brief moment before turning his eyes skyward and performing his signature pose with both arms outstretched. One more opponent remained, and as Ryder sat against the turnbuckle, the fans buzzed for the arrival of one of their favorites.
Michelle Madison: And their opponent, hailing from the African Rain Forests and weighing in at 216 pounds, Pillage!
The crowd popped loudly as "Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor hit the sound system, and rose to their feet with cheers when Pillage stepped onto the stage. The man from the jungle sprinted toward the ring, slapping hands with fans before sliding under the bottom rope and running to a corner, doing a perfect backflip into the center of the ring as a "Pillage! Pillage!" chant started in the crowd. He briefly glanced at his two opponents, then waited for the bell.
Phil Brooks: You know, I'm surprised that Aria Cross isn't here to witness this match. One would think that she would be quite intere-
The announcer was cut off when the opening chords to "Romanticide" by Nightwish shook the arena.
Phil Brooks: Looks like I spoke too soon.
The curtain was then pushed aside, the dark-clad femanine form that the fans have come to know so well as Aria Cross gliding onto the stage. Tonight, she wore a black sport coat worn open to reveal a black bra and bare stomach, a navel piercing glinting in the spotlight of her entrance. She wore a knee-length skirt of greyscale plaid and long, black boots. Her raven-black tresses were worn plainly down her back and her face was adorned with black lipstick and matching eye makeup. However, these were not seen clearly, as she wore a black veil over her head similar to that which a widow would wear to a funeral. She gracefully entered the ring with microphone already in hand, lifting it to her veiled lips.
Aria Cross: There has been a change.
The fans in attendance watched in stunned silence, both at Aria's unique attire and her announcement.
Aria Cross: This is my match, and as such, I've decided to make some alterations to the rules...
Josh Harter: Can she do that? Does Danny Vice know about this?
Phil Brooks: It's her match... I guess she can do whatever she wants, Josh.
Aria Cross: ...that being that there will be no rules. This match is now a no disqualification, falls count anywhere hardcore match!
She smirked at the three participants, most of them seeming to have no trouble with these new rules... in fact, probably finding them to their liking.
Aria Cross: Ring the bell.
The dark form of Aria slid from the ring and the bell rang. She took a place at ringside with Phil and Josh for commentary.
Josh Harter: Does Danny Vice know what you just did?
Aria Cross: I don't answer to Daniel Vice. This is my match, and it will be contested under my rules. Do you have a problem with that, Joshua?
Phil Brooks: We've got action in the ring, you two!
Both Ryder and Phantom rose from their seated positions with Pillage remaining in his corner, each of the three men looking at one another before both Ryder and Phantom charged Pillage. The man from the Rain Forests didn't even have a chance to leave his corner after the bell had rung before both of his opponents were pummelling him with punches, elbows, and stomps. The two aggressors beat Pillage down until he was slumped in the corner, then went at each other.
Josh Harter: Looks like they're trying to eliminate Pillage from this contest and make it a one-on-one affair.
Aria Cross: Not a bad strategy, Joshua.
Ryder managed to get the early advantage, going for a quick schoolboy roll-up while Phantom was still pummelling Pillage.
1...
Phantom easily kicked out, but now saw Ryder as the threat he was - this was every man for himself, and the masked man let Ryder know that he understood this when he got back to his feet and levelled Ryder with a thunderous clothesline.
Aria Cross: Excellent... this is what I wanted to see.
Josh Harter: What? Deception? Back-stabbing?
Aria Cross: Precisely.
Phantom lifted Ryder to his feet, snapping off a quick jab before shooting him into the ropes. As Ryder returned, Phantom lifted his leg for a big boot, but Ryder ducked, came up from behind the larger man and rocked Phantom's jaw with a superkick, dazing and staggering the monster but not yet knocking him down. With Phantom on the ropes, Ryder charged, delivering a running dropkick that sent Phantom over the top rope and to the floor, right at the foot of the announce table. Meanwhile, in the ring, Pillage had managed to get back to his feet, and when Ryder turned around, he was met with a dropkick to the knee, sending Ryder to the mat clutching his leg. Pillage immediately capitalized on the situation by locking in a half Boston crab, targetting the injured knee.
Phil Brooks: Smart strategy by Pillage. Ground the high-flyer.
Ryder screamed out an emphatic "No!" when asked for a submission by the referee, and Pillage sat back on the hold, causing more pressure to sink into the already injured knee of Ryder. Then, suddenly, Pillage shifted his weight, hooking the leg and dropping down onto Ryder's back to lock a facelock onto Pillage, completing the transition from half Boston crab to an STF.
Josh Harter: Pillage showing some submission skills tonight - that's not something we've seen much of from him.
Aria Cross: Quite impressive. I've won my share of matches with that hold. Let's see if Ryder can hold on.
Phil Brooks: Oh my God! Phantom is back in the ring and he has... it's that barbed-wire bat of his!
Phantom grinned viciously under his mask as he lifted his signature weapon over his head, swinging straight down for Pillage, but the man from the jungle moved, causing Phantom's barbed-wire covered bat to connect with a sickening thud to Ryder's back.
As Ryder was left on the mat, grasping his knee and with blood now trickling down his back, Phantom turned his attention to Pillage, swinging the bat again, but again Pillage eluded the blow, this time by ducking. As Phantom was twisted to one side from his swing, Pillage placed a perfect standing dropkick into his opponent's chest, causing the barbed-wire bat to be flung aside. Phantom again staggered but was not taken off his feet, charging back at Pillage who side-stepped the charging monster, using Phantom's own momentum to fling him over the top rope.
Aria Cross: We're actually seeing some intelligence from Pillage tonight. I like what I'm seeing.
Josh Harter: Any one of these men would make an excellent client, Aria, but do you have a favorite?
The veilied lips of Aria Cross curved into a smirk at the question, but she didn't answer. Instead, action in the ring turned the announce team's attention as Pillage dove through the ropes at Phantom on the floor, connecting with a perfect suicide dive that finally took the monster down. The referee slid outside the ring and counted the pin on the floor.
1...
2...
Phil Brooks: Kickout by Phantom! This one is far from over.
Josh Harter: Now Ryder is on his feet again!
Ryder grasps the top rope, vaulting himself over and onto both Pillage and Phantom, taking out both competitors in one fell swoop. With all three men on the floor trying to catch their breath, a chant began in the crowd.
Crowd: This match rules! *Clap-clap-clap-clap-clap.* This match rules!
Josh Harter: I agree completely.
Ryder then lifted Pillage from the pile, sitting him on the apron of the ring and ducking Pillage's head onto his shoulder.
Phil Brooks: No... not on the outside!
With a grunt of exertion, Ryder picked Pillage completely into the air, grasping his legs and falling back into a muscle buster onto the concrete floor, causing the fans in attendance to gasp, some of the weaker-stomached onlookers even turning their heads. Ryder laid an arm over Pillage for the cover.
1...
2...
Just before the referee's hand came down for the three, Phantom pushed Ryder off of Pillage, breaking the count.
Josh Harter: What a match!
Aria Cross: The stakes are high, Joshua. These men are putting it all on the line.
With Phantom and Ryder the only two on their feet, the two locked horns aggressively, the larger Phantom overpowering Ryder and tossing him toward the barricade. Getting a head of steam, he charged, intended to spear Ryder right through the barricade, but at the last moment, he moved, and Phantom crashed into the barricade. With both of his opponents down, Ryder saw his opportunity to win the match. He went fishing under the ring, wearing a vicious grin when he pulled out a wooden folding table.
Crowd: We want tables! We want tables!
Josh Harter: I think they're going to get just that... but who's going to be the victim?
Ryder set the table up outside the ring, then went back to Pillage, lifting the jungle warrior to his feet and tossing him back into the ring. Ryder cut his thumb across his throat, signaling that he was going to finish Pillage off. Lifting his opponent into the position for a powerbomb, Ryder began running toward the side of the ring where he had set up the table.
Phil Brooks: He's going to powerbomb Pillage from the inside of the ring to that table outside the ring!
Just when it looked like Pillage's fate was sealed, he managed to slip down Ryder's back and avoid being tossed outside the ring. When Ryder turned, Pillage grabbed him as if he were going for a cutter, but instead ran up the ropes and delivered a backflip falling reverse DDT. Pillage immediately went for a pin.
Josh Harter: The Banana Smasher! That's got to be it!
1...
2...
Phil Brooks: No! Ryder gets his foot on the bottom rope!
Josh Harter: Unbelievable! This match is still going!
As Pillage looked at Ryder's foot on the ropes, he began to wonder how he was going to put one of his opponents away... then he caught sight of the barbed-wire bat that Phantom dropped earlier.
Aria Cross: I had begun to wonder when the bat would come back into play.
Josh Harter: Oh, no! He can't do this!
Phil Brooks: This is a hardcore match, Josh! Anything goes! This is as legal as a bodyslam.
As Pillage reared back to deliever a massive blow to Ryder, he was stopped in mid-swing when the powerful hand of Phantom grasped the bat. The monster was back in the ring, and ripped the bat from Pillage's hands.
Josh Harter: Phantom just grabbed the barbed-wire wrapped end of that bat! Oh my God! Look at the blood on his hands!
Phil Brooks: He doesn't care, Josh! This is what the GWC is all about!
Phantom then flipped the bat around, grinning sadistically as he slammed it into Pillage's stomach, causing the man from the Rain Forests to double over in pain. As Pillage was bent over, however, Phantom wasn't finished. He grabbed Pillage in a headlock, using his other hand with the bat to grind the barbed wire against Pillage's forehead, opening up a vicious cut and continuing to dig the sharp metal into Pillage's wound.
Josh Harter: This is too much! Look what you've done, Aria! Stop this match! Stop it!
Aria Cross: Weak stomach, Joshua?
Josh Harter: You're sick!
Aria Cross: You haven't seen anything yet.
Phantom finally tossed the bat aside, deciding that enough damage had been done to the bloodied Pillage. Ryder began to stir, dragging himself to a corner as Phantom set up Pillage for the kill. He lifts Pillage into a fireman's carry, tossing him into the air. When Pillage comes down, Phantom is already coming off the ropes, and the man from the rain forests has no chance to block the decapitating lariat that follows.
Phil Brooks: Phantom calls that move "You're Gonna Die" and he hit it perfectly!
Phantom crosses Pillage's arms over his chest for the pin.
1...
2...
Ryder came charging toward the pair, grabbing Phantom's head to pull him off the pin just in time, continuing to run up the turnbuckle and twist in mid-air, however, instead of twisting toward the ring to deliver his "Last Ryde" tornado DDT, he twisted in the opposite direction, sending both himself and Phantom out of the ring where Ryder completed the DDT through the table he had set up earlier.
Crowd: Holy sh*t! Holy sh*t!
Josh Harter: Holy sh*t is right! Ryder just took out Phantom, but I think he took out himself at the same time! Both men are motionless on the arena floor!
A bloodied Pillage staggered to his feet, looking all around the ring for his opponents before finding them outside the ring. Taking advantage of the situation, he went to the opposide side of the ring, motioning to the crowd for a chair. One member of the audience tosses in their chair, which Pillage catches and immediately begins sprinting with, performing a death-defying leap over the top rope. He positioned the chair against his back, landing on both Phantom and Ryder with a senton bomb, sending debris from the already broken table scattering all over the arena floor. With Pillage on top of the pile, the referee counted the pin.
1...
2...
3!!
Josh Harter: Pillage has done it!
Phil Brooks: What a match! None of these men have anything to be ashamed of, but this night belongs to Pillage!
"Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor blared through the sound system as the fans went crazy for one of their favorites, nearly blowing the roof off of the Pengrowth Saddledome in Calgary when Pillage was helped out of the pile by the referee, and his hand was raised in victory. As the carnage began to be sorted out and Phantom and Ryder were both helped to their feet, Aria Cross left her place at ringside and slid into the ring, watching the three men outside the ring. For several moments, she and Pillage exchanged stares until she beckoned her new client into the ring with a wave of her hand.
Josh Harter: Looks like Aria is going to congratulate her new client.
Phil Brooks: Pillage and Aria Cross? This is an odd couple if ever there has been one...
Bloodied and beaten, Pillage slid into the ring to come face to face with Aria. For the first time in the night, the pale beauty lifted the veil from her face and cast it aside, revealing her dark countenance. She extended a handshake to Pillage, who grasped his new manager's hand to a loud pop from the fans. Suddenly, Aria smirked coldly and released Pillage's hand, motioning behind him.
At that moment, both Ryder and Phantom hit the ring, having been given ample time to recover during the initial stare-down between Aria and Pillage. Ryder was the first to strike, nailing Pillage with a vicious spear. Phantom then lifted the gasping Pillage to his feet to deliver has deadly Phantom Crusher, leaving the "winner" of the match laying in a pool of his own blood.
Aria Cross: Congratulations, Pillage. As per the contract of this match, you are officially my new client.
She then motioned to Ryder and Phantom, grinning darkly as the fans began to boo loudly. Her voice gained an almost fanatical quality as she continued, addressing both Pillage and the boo'ing crowd.
Aria Cross: Meet your new associates, Pillage! Becuase like it or not, you are my client. Read the contract for yourself - this match wasn't for my services. Indeed, it was a match for a manager, but I won't be working for you, Pillage. No, no, no... you will be working for me. I own you, Pillage! I OWN you!
The fans began to heave paper cups and garbage into the ring, causing Aria's sadistic smirk only to grow. Ryder and Phantom knocked aside any refuse that came near to striking the gothic beauty.
Aria Cross: Global Wrestling Coalition! We are your Affliction! We are the blight on your world and the sickness in your veins! I hope you can survive...
With that, she tossed her microphone onto the supine form of Pillage. "Romanticide" hit the speakers again as Aria led both Ryder and Phantom out of the arena to a loud chorus of boo's, and a medical team rushed from the backstage area to check on Pillage.
Josh Harter: Affliction? Was this Aria Cross's plan all along?
Phil Brooks: Whatever it was, Pillage doesn't look like much of a winner right now...
Josh Harter: Regardless of all of this, we just witnessed a war. I think I can safely say that this will be going down as one of the most violent matches in the GWC's short history.

Miguel Sanchez Entrance
The cameras go backstage into the main lockerroom. The door is open and inside sits Miguel Sanchez, taping his fists rocking back and forth, and staring at the GWC World Title. Tim Ryan barges in to ask a few questions.
Tim Ryan: Miguel, are you nervous at all for tonight's match?
Miguel Sanchez: Tim...there is nothing to be nervous about. This title is mine, and it will take Thunder to kill me before I ever let it out of my grasp. Now if you don't leave me to my preparations, I will make you pray to whatever god you believe in that you'd have left sooner.
United States Title Match Alaric Griffon (c) v. David Alastair v. Red Solomon v. Phoenix Chambers
Michelle Madison: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and is for the United States Championship! Making his way to the ring, the former United States Champion....DAVIDDDDD ALASTAIIIIIIRRRRR!
The beginning of "Rapture" by Hurt introduces a sheet of light fog, which covers the entrance way. Seen at the right angle, one can manage to see a figure standing behind the fog. In the video screen, meanwhile... many highlights of David’s career act as impluses and encite memories…past moments are brought up, before climaxing in David holding out his arms and holding his head up in triumph.
"In the life of the wrong a love lingered on, Love lingered on to frustration. And if our love is so wrong, what should we do alone? Or am I just a picture in a photograph? Why are we stuck in this pantomime fearing a god who died? One who would not deny lovers? And I don't care what they say, if what you need is your faith, Then take a look at my face and know."
"That till your rapture falls to pieces Until your rapture falls to pieces Find in me the room to breathe, Simple things like suffering Life had gone this way Life is gone this way..."
As the words rattle throughout the arena, David Alastair steps out of the fog. A huge roar of cheers reign down on David, as he inhales, exhales, and looks around, giving the impression of scanning the path before him.
"Still in the life of the wrong we all moved along Another life evolved to gestation And so we made our way with the mistake we made But she was just a picture in the photograph?"
"So she walked in the baby's room Knowing what she should do leave me in Absolute horror She put her hand on its lip she gave it One last kiss And some tune that went..."
The song continues to process into and out from the sound system, David spreads his arms outward, allowing strobe lights to engulf him and stays like that until the second verse comes in.
"Until your rapture falls to pieces Till your rapture falls to pieces Find in me the room to breathe, Simple things are suffering!"
As "Rapture" seemingly fades out after those words are uttered, David then proceeds down the ramp and make one solemn round around the ring, slapping hands with the fans and stopping once in a while to pose for the various photography coming from the front and middle rows.
"And I would and I would, destroy your god Yes I would if I could destroy your god Because you're born again Until you're worn again..."
The song kicks back in and David poses one more time, embracing the cheers for what may be his last time.
"Till your rapture falls to pieces Till your rapture falls to pieces Find in me the room to breathe, Sinful things are suffering Till your rapture falls to pieces Till your rapture falls to pieces..."
Finally, he slides into the ring proceeds to taunt on the nearest turnbuckle. He embraces the crowd reactions by extending his arms out and slowly steps off the turnbuckle, preparing for his upcoming match for one last time. In turn, the song fades out while Lady walks to the ring.
Lady: Coming next, from Singapore City. The former, future, and greatest United States Champion....RED SOLOMON!
"Young Grow Old" by Creed starts as red light plays across the arena. His manager the Lady is already in the ring, doing the announcing instead of the regular announcer. Red steps out onto the stage and raises both arms high into the air, hands outstretched. He runs to the ring, jumps up onto the apron and jumps over the top rope. Red sizes up his opponent and offers the traditional martial-arts salute.
Michelle Madison: And the final challenger, from Las Vegas....PHOENIX CHAMBERS!
"Familiar Territory" by The Mark of Cain blares through the speakers as Pheonix Chambers walks out of the tunnel onto the stage with and open hoodie, hood covering his head. When the intro stops Chambers bows his head a little and the singer yells "BURN!" in the song, throws his arms out(almost in a Raven fashion) throws his head back to throw the hood off of his head, and then walks down to the ring, focused and ready. In the ring he takes off his hoodie and throws it in the crowd, and sits on the top turnbuckle, awaiting his next opponent.
Michelle Madison: And your reigning champion and native Canadian son! ALLLLLLLLAAARRRRRIC GRIFFFFFONNNNN!
The arena lights begin to dim as the opening chords of "Tip the Scales” by Rise Against strums out over the arena loudspeakers. A single bright light emerges in the center the entranceway, and Alaric Griffon stands, arms outstretched, head-facing skywards.
“Are we so alone, So distant, So forgotten, As we think ourselves to be?
These are our lives But did they ever even matter? Are we worth remembering?”
Alaric Griffon is a Spanish & Canadian man of 28 years of age. A handsome man with deep blue eyes and longish black hair, Griffon is the epitome of the heartthrob babyface. Two small, silver fireworks burst three times from either side of where Alaric Griffon stands.
“These machines feed on the tears of broken lives and dying dreams (Oh, Ohhhhhhhh, Oh, Ohhhhhhhhhh) We’re throwing wrenches in the gears Our lives will not be lived in vain (Oh, Ohhhhhhhh, Oh, Ohhhhhhhhhh)”
Alaric Griffon wears knee length, form fitting wrestling shorts, black on the left side, white on the right. Down both sides of his shorts are gold-leaf gryphons, wrapping themselves around his thighs. Griffon wears black knee pads and a black elbow pad on his left arm, the result of an arm injury while on a wrestling tour in France. He wears shinny black wrestling boots to mid-calf, with white laces. Griffon also wears gold and black wrist tape on both forearms.
“When this is all said and done We spent this life on the run Judged by the company we keep
Our language, buried inside These lungs that keep us alive We breathe so selfishly”
“Promises we plan to break Are made in whispered voices Cause our despair knows many names
We make mistakes But we apologize with roses we never stop to smell on the way”
Making his way down to the ringside area, Griffon stops to high-five the occasional fan or to ruffle the hair of the youngster holding a sign with his name on it. He is as always accompanied by his manager, Sarah Aspen.
As he nears the ring itself, Alaric stops. Closing his eyes, he takes a deep breath, and when he exhales, his eyes open with a focus not elsewhere present during his entrance to the arena. Sliding under the bottom rope, Griffon moves quickly to the opposing corner of the ring, and leaping to the turnbuckle, outstretches his right arm, fingers formed in the universal symbol for “Rock and roll”.
Climbing down off the ringpost, Griffon removes his jacket, handing it over the top rope to an attendant at ringside. Standing in the corner, arms crossed, Griffon awaits the opening bell.
Josh Harter: One Champion. Three Challengers. And the precious United States title on the line. You can feel the electricity in this crowd.
Before the match can begin, Reckless Jack walks down the ring. He doesn't enter the ring but instead goes to the timekeeper's area and grabs a chair to sit in.
Phil Brooks: Well he was the man to bring David Alastair to America to wrestle, it's fittign he is here to watch his dear friend compete at Unholy Coronation.
All four men stand in different corners, and once the bell sounds Alastair runs straight towards Phoenix Chambers. The two begin to trade lefts and rights, while Solomon and Griffon fight each other. Alastair gets Phoenix Chambers into the corner and sends a kick to the stomach. Phoenix Chambers holds his stomach, until Alastair spreads his arms apart and grabs his right arm. Alastair tosses Chambers to the opposite corner, and then goes running after, but Phoenix Chambers moves out of the way causing Alastair to go crashing into the corner. Alastair stumbles back in the corner a bit while Chambers rolls him up with a Schoolboy from behind.
One!
Two!!
Alastair kicks out. Alastair and Chambers get up to their feet, but Chambers kicks Alastair in the head with a Sidekick. On the other side of the ring Griffon is choking Solomon, pushing him back against the ropes. Griffon breaks the hold, but then holds his hand up and slaps Solomon in the chest! The shot echoes throughout the arena, as Solomon walks forward holding his chest. Griffon forearms Solomon in the back, before grabbing him and tossing him to the ropes. Griffon goes for a clothesline, but Solomon ducks and bounces against the ropes. Griffon turns around and lifts up a boot, as Solomon crashes face first into it! Phoenix Chambers finishes beating on Alastair in the corner, as he attacks the big Griffon from behind. Phoenix Chambers puts the fists into the face of Griffon, as Chambers then kicks the champion in the stomach. Phoenix Chambers then runs to the ropes, but Griffon stands up straight and clotheslines Chambers down to the mat! Chambers rolls out of the ring as Griffon looks down towards him, while Alastair is climbing up to his feet. Griffon walks over to Alastair, but Alastair grabs him, and then tosses him outside with an Overhead Belly-to-Belly Suplex!
Josh Harter: Vicious. Brutal. Intense. I love the GWC.
Alastair follows after Griffon, as he goes outside the ring. He begins stomping on Griffon’s body, until Phoenix Chambers comes from behind and elbows Alastair in the head. Phoenix Chambers grabs Alastair by the head and smashes it against the railing. Alastair falls to the padding, as Phoenix Chambers begins to get his licks in with some kicks to the body. Solomon stands in the ring and looks outside, where Griffon gets up to his feet and attacks Phoenix Chambers. Chambers and Griffon go at it, while Solomon climbs up to the top turnbuckle. He gets all the way to the top and then leaps off, and lands on Griffon while Phoenix Chambers moved out of the way! Solomon landed on his feet as he turns to Phoenix Chambers, who knocks him down with a Clothesline! Solomon holds his head, while Phoenix Chambers picks him up and rolls him into the ring. Chambers follows after him and makes the cover.
One!
Two!!
Solomon just kicks out. Chambers mounds Solomon and sends punches to the face, before lifting him up to his feet. Chambers shoves Solomon in a corner, and then sends a kick into his stomach. Alastair slides into the ring and gets behind Chambers, who grabs Solomon and tries to toss him to the opposite side, but Solomon reveres and Chambers runs into Alastair, who lifts him up and drives him down with a huge Spinebuster! Alastair gets up to his feet and Solomon runs towards him, but Alastair lifts an arm up and clotheslines Solomon down. Alastair looks around the arena, as he picks up Solomon, and places him between his legs. Alastair grabs Solomon by the waist, and flips him up to his shoulders. Alastair holds Solomon up there for a while, before driving him to the mat with a vicious Golgotha Powerbomb! Alastair climbs up to his feet and looks down at Solomon, not realizing Griffon who is running towards him and lifting up his leg knocking Alastair down with the Yakuza Kick! Griffon makes the cover.
One!
Two!!
Phoenix Chambers breaks it up!
Phil Brooks: Almost an Alaric victory as the Canadian son could have retained.
Alastair begins coughing as he holds his throat, and Chambers forearms Griffon from behind. Phoenix Chambers then grabs his waist and uses all of his strength, and slams Griffon down into the mat with a German Suplex. Phoenix Chambers bridges the hold, but before the referee can count to three Solomon breaks the cover. Solomon picks up Phoenix Chambers, but Chambers shoves Solomon and then chops him in the chest. Phoenix Chambers has Solomon against the ropes as he grabs him, and then goes to toss him into the ropes, but Solomon reverses. Chambers bounces off the ropes, and Solomon leaps up and knocks Phoenix Chambers down with a huge Dropkick. Chambers gets back to his feet almost immediately, as Solomon kicks him in the stomach. Solomon runs towards the ropes in front of Phoenix Chambers, but when he approaches Chambers, Chambers grabs him by the legs and pulls him down. Solomon struggles to get his feet, while Chambers is struggling to turn him around. The two get into a brief struggle, until Phoenix Chambers finally turns Solomon to his stomach and applies the Torture Chamber! Solomon screams in pain, as Phoenix Chambers leans back to apply more pressure to the back of his opponent. Alastair finally gets up from getting kicked in the throat and sees this and goes running to try to break up the hold.
Phil Brooks: Right now I feel as if Alaric Griffon won't retain tonight.
Josh Harter: Way to go out on a limb with that prediction. He's got three different opponents. A 3 out of 4 chance to lose the title. God you're such an idiot sometimes.
Alastair attacks Phoenix Chambers from behind, getting Chambers off of Solomon, and begins sending hard forearms to the back. James walks forward feeling every shot to the back, until he turns around and pokes Alastair in the eyes. Alastair stumbles back holding his knees, while Phoenix Chambers kicks Alastair in the stomach. Phoenix Chambers sends a fist to Alastair’s face, sending him to the ropes. Alastair bounces back against the ropes, while Phoenix Chambers applies a sleeper hold. Alastair fights to get out of the hold, but it is broken when Griffon attacks Chambers from behind. Griffon holds Phoenix Chambers, as he lifts him up and places him on his back, facing the ceiling. Griffon then pushes Phoenix Chambers off, and flips him stomach first onto the ropes! Phoenix Chambers stays on the rope, as Griffon lifts a leg up and kicks Phoenix Chambers to the outside. Griffon looks down at Phoenix Chambers, giving enough time for Alastair to climb up to his feet. Griffon turns around, as Alastair lifts Griffon onto his shoulders going for a Death Valley Driver! Griffon though has different plans as he slides off and turns Alastair around to throat thrust him. Alastair staggers back, as Griffon comes from behind and grabs Alastair and shoves him head first into the top turnbuckle. Alastair turns toward Griffon, who gives him another throat thrust. Griffon wraps his arms around Alastair, and lifts him up to the top turnbuckle. Griffon then goes through the middle ropes and climbs up to the top, on the side of Alastair. Griffon looks around the arena and then twists his body going for The Myth, but as he begins to pull himself down Alastair holds him up! The crowd is in amazement by the strength of Alastair, as Alastair lifts Griffon up to his shoulders, and then pushes himself off and drives Griffon down to the mat with a Powerbomb from the top rope! Alastair is down for a few moments as he covers Griffon.
One!
Two!!
Solomon breaks up the cover!
Josh Harter: Red Solomon isn't going to let anyone win this title but himself tonight. That was close.
Phil Brooks: Indeed. And nothing but high impact action from these four competitors thus far.
Solomon grabs Alastair and picks him up from behind, before lifting him up to his shoulders. Solomon walks into the center of the ring with Alastair on his shoulders, and then pushes Alastair off and hits a Death Valley Driver! Solomon doesn’t make the cover, instead he gets to one knee and looks at the corner. He nods his head, as he walks all the way to the corner, and begins to climb up it. He faces the crowd and holds his hand up, but is suddenly hit from behind by Phoenix Chambers. Chambers turns his back towards him and then grabs his waist, and then pulls him off and drives him hard into the mat with the Dragon Suplex! Phoenix Chambers bridges the move.
One!
Two!!
Alastair breaks it up! Phoenix Chambers and Alastair get up to their feet, and begin to trade blows, until Alastair grabs the arm of Chambers and tosses him into the ropes. Alastair goes for a vicious clothesline, but Phoenix Chambers ducks. Chambers stops in his tracks and goes for a Superkick, but at the same time Alastair goes for a Superkick and they both just end up blocking each other! Both men spin around to go face and face again, while Phoenix Chambers goes for a clothesline by Alastair moves out of the way. With this Phoenix Chambers leaps onto the second rope and goes for a springboard dropkick, but Alastair pushes Chambers down. Chambers lands on his stomach and Alastair goes for a Camel Clutch, but Chambers pulls out from behind Alastair and gets a Full Nelson. Alastair elbows out of the Full Nelson and turns around and grabs Chambers, and then tosses him across the ring with a Wrist Clutch Exploder Suplex!
Phil Brooks: What power and force. Usually two of his weaker attributes.
Josh Harter: You insinuate he has strenghts. If he did, he would come in here the champion, not challenger!
Alastair goes for the cover on Phoenix Chambers, but before anything Griffon attacks Alastair and lifts him up to his feet. Griffon wraps his hand around the throat of Alastair, and just begins to choke him! Alastair struggles to get out, as Griffon’s hand begins to shake while choking Alastair. Griffon shakes his head and then lifts Alastair up, and drives him down with a one handed chokeslam! He seems satisfied with his work, as he now sees Solomon slowly climbing up to his feet. Griffon comes from behind, and applies a reverse front facelock. He then grabs the tights of Solomon and pulls backwards, bringing Solomon onto his shoulder. Griffon holds Solomon onto his shoulders as he spreads his arms out, and then drives Solomon head first into the mat with a Piledriver! Griffon makes the cover on Solomon.
One!
Two!!
Phoenix Chambers Dropkicks Griffon in the head to break up the cover!
Josh Harter: Griffon nearly retains!
Phoenix Chambers begins pounding on Griffon, sending him into the corner. Phoenix Chambers begins to mudhole stomp Griffon, and then spits in his face! Phoenix Chambers grabs Griffon and lifts him up, and applies a headlock. He goes running looking for a bulldog, but Griffon holds Phoenix Chambers and lifts him up in the air! Griffon nears the ropes, and just tosses Phoenix Chambers to the outside! Chambers falls and rolls to the railing, while Griffon falls to one knee. Alastair climbs up to his feet and taunts for Griffon to turn around. Griffon gets all the way up and turns around, and walks right onto Alastair’s shoulders! Alastair hits the TKO! Griffon rolls out of the ring, as Alastair gets up and sees Solomon slowly climbing up to his feet. Alastair has a grin on his face, as he squats down and waits for Solomon. Solomon gets all the way up and turns around right into a kick in the face. David Alastair takes him over to the top rope and lifts him up there. Alastair follows and hooks him in for a Saviour’s Reign from the top rope! It lands!!! Alastair makes the cover.
One!
Two!!
Three!!!
Michelle Madison: Here is your winner, and NEW UNITED STATES CHAMPION....DAVID ALASTAIR!
The bell rings as "Atomic Garden" plays again. Reckless Jack grabs the US Title and heads into the ring. However, David is clutching his knee, screaming in pain. The ref is checking on him as Reckless Jack goes over to check on his old friend as well. We can hear David yell "DON'T f**k**g TOUCH IT!" EMTs come down with a stretcher and all. They hook him and get him out the ring. The crowd cheers for David, knowing that he is the US Champion one last time.
Phil Brooks: Let us all hope the new US Champion recovers quickly.
Thunder Entrance
The cameras cut back to the parking lot of the Pengrowth Saddledome where an enormous hummer limousine pulls up. The license plate is a simple "$". A chauffer parks and runs around to the back to open the door, and out steps Thunder.
Crowd: BOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Thunder is in a full blue silk suit as he walks out of the car, followed by several security members and one lacque carrying his equipment bag.
Thunder: Let's go people, not a lot of time until we start the party back in New York. I want to get in, get my title, and get the hell out of this god forsaken country.
Crowd: BOOOOOOOOO!!!

Television Title Match Jamal Carter (c) v. T-Money w/ DJ v. Xavier Cross v. Joe Ragnal
Michelle Madison: Ladies and gentlemen, the following match is scheduled for one fall and is for the GWC Television Championship!
Josh Harter: Get ready everybody, Jamal Carter is about to join the list of other former GWC Champions with unsuccessful title reigns!
Previous episodes of Assault and Mayhem begin to play. Jamal Carter is shown defeating G-Money to become the first ever GWC Television Champion. Xavier Cross is shown defeating JT Stone in their second match. A clip of Joe Ragnal rolling up Mike Sullivan for a three count is followed by T-Money knocking Jamal Carter unconscious after a brutal top rope piledriver.
Phil Brooks: Your statement, although idiotic, was true Josh. Can Jamal Carter once again defy the odds and be the only Champion in GWC thus far to successfully defend his title? I received word a bit earlier that DJ and Mrs. Bishop are here tonight. Do you think G-Money will come to Jamal’s aid if T-Money’s crew gets involved?
Josh Harter: If he was a real man, he better not. If somebody defeated me for a title that I wanted to win, I’d leave him for dead.
“Violence Fetish” by Disturbed begins to blare over the PA system and the fans erupt in cheers. “The Innovator of Fun” Joe Ragnal, wearing sunglasses, a green trench coat, an orange tank top with a white stripe, blue jeans, and a pair of light blue Chuck Taylor’s, excitingly emerges from backstage and rushes down the aisle.
Josh Harter: The so called “Innovator of Fun” is about to become the “Innovator of Done” if you ask me.
Michelle Madison: Hailing all the way from Scranton, Pennsylvania and weighing in at 220 lbs, the self proclaimed Innovator of Fun, Joe Ragnal!
Joe Ragnal slides into the ring and jumps to his feet. He raises his arms in the air as the cheers mildly increase. He removes his sunglasses and trench coat and hands to an official at ringside.
“99 Problems” by comes over the loudspeaker and the fans mildly cheer as Xavier Cross jumps out from behind the curtain and runs down the ramp. He’s wearing a DC New Era fitted cap, a black wife beater, baggy red shorts, and a pair of black and red Jordan B’Loyals. He begins to run to the ring, and as he does, colorless stage pyro goes off three times.
Michelle Madison: Coming from Atlanta, Georgia and weighing in 230 lbs, Xavier Cross!
Phil Brooks: This man has been causing quite an uproar around here lately. Let’s see how he does tonight…
As Xavier stands in the middle of the ring in a fighting stance, he throws a punch then ring pyro from the turnbuckles go off. He throws another punch and another set of ring pyro goes off. As his theme music begins to fade, he performers a corkscrew flip kick and ramp pyro goes off all the way down followed by another set of ring pyro. Xavier then leans on the ropes on the opposite side of the ramp and stares coldly at Joe Ragnal.
The house lights fade to black as two sets of squad car lights pierce the darkness. The sound of a police siren and a few gun shots fill the air. "We Fly High" by Jim Jones begins to boom through the PA while smoke fills the entryway. T-Money and Mrs. Bishop appear as silhouettes in the midst of it. From the stage, six shots of pyro are shot out above the crowd. T-Money and Mrs. Bishop step through the smoke to a vast amount of boos and head down the ramp. T-Money, bare chested and clad in baggy jeans and Timberland boots, slowly strolls to the ring.
Josh Harter: That’s my home right there! He’s got this one in the can. What’s up T-Money?
Michelle Madison: Coming all the way from the Sunshine State of Orlando, FL, and weighing in at 183 lbs, the one, the only T-Money!
T-Money climbs the ring steps and stops for a moment to pose for the crowd. T-Money turns back to the ring, climbs through the ropes, and poses once again. He focuses his attention on Xavier Cross as his theme music fades out. Mrs. Bishop remains at ringside.
"Fireproof" by Pillar begins to play and the fans go crazy with cheers. Joe Ragnal, Xavier Cross, and T-Money all focus their attention on the entrance ramp. They along with the crowd anxiously await the appearance of TV Champion Jamal Carter. After a few seconds of impatiently waiting, he doesn’t appear.
Michelle Madison: Making his way to the ring…hailing from Birmingham, Alabama, he is your GWC Television Champion, Jamal Carter!
There is still no sign of Jamal Carter as T-Money sneaks up behind Xavier Cross and nails him with a right hand to the jaw. All three men begin to brawl as the timekeeper rings the bell. The match is officially underway without the Champion.
Phil Brooks: I wonder where Jamal is. This is not like him to just no show like this…
Josh Harter: I’m assuming that he finally realized that he was a worthless piece of garbage and went back to his trailer home in good ol’ Alabama.
Phil Brooks: For some reason, I think T-Money had something to do with this.
Josh Harter: Don’t you dare accuse T-Money of anything. Hasn’t he had enough backlash these past few days? The media has portrayed him to be some sort of hoodlum after supposedly breaking into Jamal Carter’s home and now you’re saying he had something to do with Jamal Carter’s disappearance? You’re so full of it Phil.
Joe Ragnal comes to the aid of Xaxier Cross as he clotheslines T-Money. Joe Ragnal connects with a legdrop across T-Money’s throat. Xavier, holding his jaw, begins to stomp T-Money. Ragnal joins in on the assault. T-Money grabs Ragnal’s foot, but Ragnal nails him in the rib cage with the other. Xavier Cross picks T-Money up from the mat and knees him in the midsection. Cross follows up with a european uppercut on T-Money, and he stumbles backwards and Joe Ragnal grabs his waist and rams his shoulder into T-Money’s lower back. Still holding onto T-Money’s waist, Ragnal once again rams his shoulder into the back of T-Money. Ragnal attempts to set T-Money up for a running bulldog but T-Money breaks the hold and pushes Joe Ragnal into Xavier Cross. Spinning heel kick to the back of Joe Ragnal’s head by T-Money. Joe Ragnal collides even harder into Xavier Cross and they both hit the mat. Elbow drop onto the chest Xavier Cross by T-Money. T-Money grabs the right knee of Xavier Cross and takes two steps back. He steps forward with a vicious kick to Xavier’s kneecap.
Phil Brooks: T-Money is now on the offensive and looking to take an early advantage.
Josh Harter: Must you be so surprised? He has more talent in his pinky than both of these men do put together.
Coming off of the ropes, T-Money drops a hard fist into Xavier’s face. Ragnal, now on his feet, catches T-Money by surprise with an enzuguri kick. He picks T-Money up, whips him into the ropes and spears him! The fans go crazy as the move perfectly connects. Ragnal quickly hops to his feet and runs towards the ropes. He leaps onto the middle rope and nails a Lionsault on T-Money! Ragnal stays on top of him for the pinfall.
Crowd: 1! 2! Kickout!
Ragnal gets to his feet and turns around…Xavier slaps him across the face. An angry Joe Ragnal looks back up at Xavier Cross and nails him with a left hand…no! Xavier blocks the shot and nails Joe Ragnal in the temple, sending him to the mat. Xavier Cross mounts him and begins to nail him in the head with lefts and rights. He rolls Ragnal over on his stomach and locks in a reverse chinlock. He has it locked on tight.
Crowd: Xavier! Xavier! Xavier!
Dropkick to the side of the face by T-Money on Xavier Cross followed by an STF. Gloria cheers on T-Money from the outside.
Gloria: Get him honey, get him!
Ragnal breaks up the move before Cross could tap. Ragnal grabs T-Money and picks him up. Swinging neckbreaker on T-Money. Ragnal runs towards Cross and delivers a somersault that turns into a single leg drop. Ragnal walks over to the turnbuckle and climbs the top rope. As T-Money stands to his feet, Ragnal leaps off the top and attempts a flying cross body block but T-Money catches him in mid air. Backbreaker on Ragnal who rolls over in pain. T-Money walks over to Cross and scoops him up. Cradle DDT on Cross. T-Money continues to work on the knee of Cross.
Phil Brooks: These men are not letting up one single bit! I don’t blame them becau...wait a minute everyone, I just got word that Jamal Carter is in indeed here and that he is backstage as we speak!
The scene cuts to the backstage area. Jamal Carter is lying on the floor beside his TV title clenching his right arm as DJ stands over him taunting him.
DJ: Haha yea b*tch, that’s what you get! Now what you gonna do?! This…this is for my cousin…
DJ kicks Jamal in the ribs.
DJ: And this is for his mother…
DJ once again kicks Jamal in his ribs.
DJ: And this…this is for all of the real n*ggas out there, like T-Money!
DJ kicks Jamal in the mouth. Suddenly, G-Money and Bishop emerge and chase off DJ. Bishop stays in pursuit of DJ while G-Money helps Jamal stand to his feet.
G-Money: Are you alright man? Can you go out there?
Jamal Carter: Yea man, I’m fine. I gotta do this for the fans…
Jamal Carter slowly walks off and the scene shifts back to the action going on inside of the ring. Joe Ragnal and T-Money are double teaming Xavier Cross. Ragnal and T-Money are simultaneously trading blows. Irish whip on Xavier Cross, double back body drop! Joe Ragnal turns around and nails T-Money with a superkick. Joe Ragnal walks over to Xavier Cross and picks him up...he just called for the FUN Drop! He’s setting Xavier Cross up…suddenly, Jamal Carter sprints down the aisle and the fans go berserk!
Phil Brooks: Listen to this audience! It’s obvious that they love their TV Champion.
Jamal Carter slides into the ring and begins clearing house! Xavier Cross charges towards Jamal Carter but he side steps him and tosses Xavier over the top rope. Joe Ragnal now charges towards Jamal Carter, but Jamal once again sidesteps his opponent and delivers a drop toe hold. He rolls Ragnal to the outside of the ring. T-Money begins to stand to his feet and as Jamal Carter turns around, the two make eye contact.
Josh Harter: This is the moment everybody’s been waiting for! Get him T-Money, show him whose boss.
Jamal Carter and T-Money charge toward each other full speed and begin to trade lefts and rights. The fans are standing on their feet as the two bitter rivals duke it out. T-Money with a blow to the midsection of Carter. Carter with a headbutt on T-Money. Hard left hand by Carter. T-Money kicks Jamal Carter and attempts a DDT but Carter blocks it.
Crowd: Carter! Carter! Carter!
Carter appears to be getting the upper hand as he backs T-Money into a corner. Forearm smash on T-Money. Jamal whips T-Money into the opposite corner and follows up with a big splash. Jamal irish whips T-Money into the ropes, but T-Money reverses it, and before Carter can even connect with the ropes, Mrs. Bishop pulls down the ropes and Jamal goes flying over the top rope. The fans’ cheers turn to immediate boos as the referee rushes over to her and warns her that he will disqualify T-Money if she pulls a stunt like that again. The referee restarts his count. T-Money begins to climb the top turnbuckle. A brawling Xavier Cross and Joe Ragnal turn their attention towards T-Money as an already heavily fatigued Jamal Carter slowly makes his way to his feet. T-Money leaps off of the top turnbuckle to the outside…Money Call on all three men!
Phil Brooks: Did you see that?! How did he do that and connect it?!! That was simply amazing.
All four men lie motionless on the outside as the referee restarts his count. Gloria walks over to the group of men but the referee yells at her. She yells back at him and takes off her high heel. She walks over to Jamal Carter who is slowly rising to his feet. He turns around and Gloria goes to nail him with her shoe, but Jamal blocks the attack and hits it out of her hand! Gloria’s eyes grow in amazement as she tries to slap Jamal but he grabs her hand.
Crowd: Hit her! Hit her! Hit her!
Phil Brooks: I’m sure it greatly pains Jamal to have the mother of his deceased best friend align with his worst enemy. What a sickening thing.
Josh Harter: Canadians are so pathetic. It’s no secret that they beat their wives.
Jamal Carter draws back his right hand but T-Money bum rushes him. He picks Jamal up from the ground and slides him into the ring where Cross and Ragnal are already going at it. T-Money walks over to Cross and Ragnal. Cross and Ragnal go to attack T-Money but he stops them both in their tracks. He leans in towards them and tells them something. Xavier Cross goes up top as T-Money and Ragnal lift up Jamal Carter on their shoulders. They turn their backs towards Xavier Cross. Cross leaps off of the top rope…Diamond Cutter on Jamal Carter!!!
Phil Brooks: Only the opportunity of winning gold can bring these men together, well for the time being that is.
Ragnal picks Carter up from the mat. Cross and Ragnal whip Jamal to the ropes and they interlock arms. Carter bounces off the ropes and ducks the double clothesline attempt. Carter with a leapfrog over T-Money. Carter comes off the ropes and nails T-Money with a hard running clothesline!
Josh Harter: That had to be the last of Carter’s energy right there. He looks like he’s about to pass out.
Jamal Carter throws Joe Ragnal over the top rope onto the arena floor. He turns around and walks right into The Underachiever from Xavier Cross. Cross hooks the leg.
Johnny Staggs: One! Two! Three! YES! NO! Wait, DJ just pulled the referee out of the ring before he could count to three!
Don Summitt: And T-Money is in the ring with a steel chair! My God!
T-Money hits Xavier Cross over the head with the steel chair while he is still pinning Jamal Carter. Joe Ragnal runs into the ring and is met with a steel chair to the skull from T-Money. T-Money then places the chair under his leg and hits a legdrop across the throat of Carter. DJ tosses T-Money a microphone while the referee sees what happens in the ring and calls for the bell.
T-Money: I'm sick and tired of this pussy ass bullshit you keep putting me in. These bullshit matches with three big gays and absolutely no talent. If you don't wanna take me seriously GWC, then I'll fuckin' walk. I'm tired of faggots that ain't on my level.
The crowd booes as T-Money drops the mic. He and DJ leave the ring area and head towards the backstage, showered with cups and other objects of trash their whole walk back. They lift their arms and smile as they pass through the curtain. Cross, Carter, and Ragnal remain down in the ring.
Reckless Jack v. Exodus
Michelle Madison: The following contest is scheduled for ONE FALL! Introducing first, from San Antonio, Texas...EXODUS!
"Thor" by Manowar blasts over the PA System as flames erupt over the entire entrance ramp. Exodus than slowly walks out through the flames.
Phil Brooks: Exodus was the man who has been attacking Reckless Jack lately, we found that out on Assault last week.
Josh Harter: Can you blame him? How else do you make an impact in wrestling? Just find the biggest name you can and attack him. Pretty simple to me Brooks.
Phil Brooks: While it may be simple, it's pretty stupid in my book.
Josh Harter: I didn't know you could read.
While Exodus makes his way down to the ring, Reckless Jack sprints down the entry way and attacks him from behind. Exodus is unfazed by most of the shots as he turns around and goes for a right hand. Using his speed, Reckless Jack ducks down and is able to hop onto the ring apron. Exodus turns around as Jack moonsaults and hits the Failsafe on the outside of the ring! The crowd cheers loudly for such a move early on in this match. Jack gets back to his feet and gets back up on the apron. Exodus gets back to his feet as Reckless Jack runs on the apron and jumps off with a Crossbody. Exodus is able to catch him and shift Jack on his body to where he is carrying him on his shoulder. Exodus sees the ring post and runs towards it, launching Jack off head first into the post. Reckless Jack is down as Exodus grabs a chair from underneath the ring.
Phil Brooks: When did this become a No Holds Barred match?
Josh Harter: They haven't gotten into the ring yet, which would make anything legal at this point.
Exodus gets ready to hit Jack with the chair. Reckless Jack is on his knees, bleeding profusly from his head already as Exodus waits to make his move. Exodus finally swings the chair as Jack's head is right near the ring post that busted him open a few moments ago. Jack is able to duck down as Exodus connects with the post. Exodus staggers back as Jack hops up to his feet and jumps up, going for the Delirium Trigger. While Reckless Jack is midair, Exodus throws the chair at the face of Jack. Needless to say, Reckless Jack goes back down as Exodus adjusts his mask. Jack gets to his knees again and crawls into the ring. Exodus follows him into the ring as the ref rings the bell and the match is actually underway finally. Exodus then grabs Jack and lifts him above his head and works over to the apron looking to throw him out of the ring but Jack slips down and hits Exodus with a Dropkick sending him into the ropes before Jack follows in with a Clothesline taking them both over the top ropes. Jack crashes to the floor while Exodus amazingly lands on his feet and staggers forward into the barricade where he leans for a moment as Jack gets up, Jack then comes up behind Exodus and drops his elbow into the back on Exodus’s knee taking him down to one knee before slamming Exodus’s face into the barricade before pulling him up and throwing him into the sides of the steps.
Josh Harter: Reckless Jack is cheating you know.
Phil Brooks: Don't give me that! He is clearly bleeding still, I don't know how he is still going.
Jack rolls back into the ring before rolling back out to break up the ten count as he walks over to Exodus and starts kicking him repeatedly, the ref is forced to get out of the ring to get Jack to stop as Exodus staggers away from Jack, Jack holds up his hands saying he was defending himself before moving the ref aside and going after Exodus who has now got to his feet, Jack runs at him but Exodus suddenly catches him and launches him across the arena floor with a Belly to Belly suplex. Both men lay on the floor before Exodus finally gets to his feet and pulls Jack back up throwing him back into the ring before following him in, Jack crawls over to the other side of the ring and uses the ropes to get to his feet and turns around to get taken down by a hard Clothesline from Exodus, before Exodus decides to do to get Jack into a Sharpshooter but Jack fights him off repeatedly kicking Exodus in the backside trying to push him off, before finally tripping him up and pulling himself up before locking in his own submission move a Texas Cloverleaf, Jack fights to hold up Exodus’s big legs as Exodus screams in pain trying to get free, he pushes himself up the strength of which manages to force Jack to let go, Exodus slowly climbs to his feet but Jack runs at him and slips under his legs, before pounding on his back and hitting a Tilt-a-Whirl Reverse Swinging DDT.
Phil Brooks: Reckless Jack is a big time competitor no matter is going on.
Josh Harter: Blah, blah, blah, he still sucks and bleeding.
Jack goes for the cover.
One!
Two!!
Exodus gets his shoulder up, Jack mockingly slaps Exodus across the head a couple of times as he pulls him up and throws him into the corner before running in and hitting Exodus with a Shining Wizard in the corner, Exodus comes staggering out as Jack comes back at him looking for a Thrust Kick but amazingly Exodus catches Jack’s leg, Jack stands there looking at him before Exodus slams his free hand into Jack’s head before pulling in Jack’s leg and lefts him up with the other hand slamming him down on the mat, Exodus keeps the hold locked in a pinning like move.
One!
Two!!
Thr!!!
Jack kicks out at the last second, where Exodus finally releases the hold allowing Jack to climb to his feet while he holds his back, Exodus grabs him and throwing him across the rings into the corner and running in crashing Jack into the corner, Exodus backs off as Jack wobbles out before falling backwards into the turnbuckle, Exodus taunts to the crowd pumping them up before running around the ring building up speed before finally running at Jack looking for what seems to be a running Knee but as he runs in Jack puts leg up that ends up hitting Exodus in the lower regions, the ref is unsure on what to do since Exodus did in fact runs into it.
Phil Brooks: Well, er, that is, uncomfortable.
Josh Harter: CHEATING AGAIN. THIS IS BULLSHIT!
Exodus stands there for a moment before falling backwards holding himself as Jack shakily pulls himself up, he looks down at Exodus on the floor before turning around and climbing the turnbuckle, he taunts to the crowd before flying backwards hitting Exodus with a Moonsault Double-Foot Stomp. Reckless Jack goes for a cover as the ref slides and counts.
One!
Two!!
Exodus again kicks out. Jack gets up in anger and starts arguing with the ref, before shaking his head and returning to Exodus who hasn’t moved still suffering from the incident, Jack stomps on Exodus before running against the ropes and dropping his elbows onto Exodus, he finally moves around to the side of Exodus and taunts for him to moves as he shakes his legs in anticipation, Exodus soon sits up as Jack runs at him looking for to hit the Shining Wizard but as he runs at Exodus, Exodus grabs Jack around the throat as he slowly gets to his feet, he stares at Jack who tries to fight out of the chokehold as the ref moves in and starts to count, but Exodus suddenly lifts Jack up onto his shoulder for the Chokeslam but as Exodus throws him over Jack counters it into a Hurricarana of sorts, both men hit the mat as the ref moves in to check on them both.
Josh Harter: God, I wish Exodus will kill him!
Phil Brooks: I don't.
The ref begins to count both men down; the count reaches six before Jack finally nips up out of nowhere while Exodus is still rolling around on the mat, Jack staggers around the ring for a moment trying to shake the cobwebs before he walks over to Exodus, he pulls him up and tries to go for the Enjoy the Silence, but Exodus won’t go down as Jack tries to pull his arm in, Exodus instead whips Jack into the ropes and tries to go for a clothesline on his return but Jack ducks under and instead comes off the ropes with a Springboard Moonsault trying to take Exodus down while he standing but instead Exodus catches Jack on his shoulder and turns it into a Fireman's Carry position. He hits the Hells Flash! Exodus goes for the cover as the ref moves in and counts.
One!
Two!!
Thre!!!
Jack kicks out to Exodus’s disbelief. Exodus actually gets up and starts arguing with the referee as Jack rolls out of the ring to regroup, Exodus finishes arguing with the ref as he turns around to see Jack gone, he instead sees him outside of the ring, he walks over to the ropes and grabs Jack by his hair pulling him onto the apron, but Jack punches Exodus and hangs him up to dry on the ropes as he jumps off the apron, Exodus staggers back into the ring as Jack slides back in, as Exodus staggers around Jack lines him up and looks for another Thrust Kick but at the same time Exodus hits a Big Boot.
Phil Brooks: Anyone's match for the taking.
Josh Harter: Yep, for once I agree.
The crowd hears wind of this.
Crowd: HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!

The big man Exodus has climbed to the top rope as Reckless Jack struggles to his feet. As Jack reaches his feet, Exodus takes off and hits a missle dropkick, nearly launching Jack out of the ring.
Josh Harter: YES! Get over there Exodus, make the cover!
Exodus crawls over and hooks the leg of Jack.
One!
Two!
Thre...
Jack puts his leg up on the rope. Exodus is stunned as the referee shows him Jack's leg. Exodus is furious and as he straddles Jack's leg, which is resting on the bottom rope. Exodus leaps in the air to come down on Jack's knee, but Jack lifts his leg straight in the air and kicks Exodus in the groin.
Phil Brooks: Ohhhhhhh! That one can't feel too good. Exodus looked to dislocate Jack's knee, but instead got his jewels kicked in.
Josh Harter: My stomach is in my throat just watching that.
Jack is to his feet as Exodus grimaces in pain. Jack springboards off the middle rope and hits a bulldog on Exodus. Rather than going for a cover, he locks on Enjoy the Silence. Exodus screams in pain.
Phil Brooks: This may be it, it doesn't look like the big man is going to be able to break this hold.
Suddenly, a masked man leaps over the barricade. It looks like the same luchador masked attacker that had been striking Jack the past few weeks, just a smaller version. He stomps on the chest of Reckless Jack several times, forcing him to break the hold. The referee calls for the bell, but the masked man just tosses him over the ropes.
Phil Brooks: What!?!? Another masked attacker!? What has Jack done to deserve this?
Josh Harter: Everything! That arrogant twat deserves what he has coming to him and then some! Get him! Break him in half!
The bell rings several more times as several security members make their way to the ring, but Exodus fights them all back, tossing several over the ring. The crowd booes loudly and begin to throw objects into the ring. The masked man hits a pumphandle slam on Reckless Jack, who lies motionless in the ring. He then throws his arms over his head, taunting the crowd mercilessly. He then lifts Jack and places his head between his legs and doublehooks both arms. He lifts Jack and hits a sitout facebuster.
Phil Brooks: Wait, that move looks all to familiar...
Josh Harter: Could it be?
The masked man stands over Reckless Jack who bleeds profusely from his head in the center of the ring. He rips off his mask to unveil himself, to more booes from the crowd.
Phil Brooks: MY GOD! IT'S CREEPING DEATH! CREEPING DEATH IS HERE IN THE GWC!
Josh Harter: And he brought a message for Reckless Jack! The Bell Tolls For You!
"The Light That Blinds" by Shadows Fall hits the speakers as Creeping Death and Exodus leave a bloodied Reckless Jack in the center of the ring.
World Title Match: Title Changes Hands Via Disqualification Miguel Sanchez (c) v. Thunder
Phil Brooks: What an exciting and unexpected night we have had here in Calgary-Alberta. Now Josh, it is time for our main event!
Josh Harter: I’m not so happy to be here in bizzaroland but I am ready for Sanchez vs. Thunder.
Phil Brooks: Ever since the beginning of GWC their has been controversy that can be traced back to the World title. Ever since GWC extended its talent into a new brand, Mayhem, things have been going crazy!
Josh Harter: True that Phil. We have watched many battles for this prestigious title and now Miguel and Thunder are about rumble, right here, right now! Lets go in the ring to Michelle Madison for our introductions.
Michelle Madison: The following match-up is scheduled for one fall and is for the GWC World Championship! The rules are as follows: The competitors can win by pin or submission. The challenger’s stipulation is that the title can change hands on Disqualification which includes count outs.
“Money” by Pink Floyd begins to play over the PA system as the arena fills with boos. Thunder emerges from the backstage area wearing gold and green tights with dollar signs printed upon them. He walks slowly toward the ring taking time to taunt each fan. Thunder checks his black elbow and knee pads before gliding up the ring steps. Thunder enters the ring, climbs the nearest turnbuckle and poses over the crowd to mass amount of boos. His music dies down and the crowd starts a chant.
Crowd: Lets go Migsy! *Clap, clap, clap-clap, clap* Lets go Migsy! *Clap, clap, clap-clap, clap*
Josh Harter: I told you we were in bizzaroland Phil! These people are chanting for our illegal World Champion. I mean, at least Thunder was born here and if he wasn’t would probably be smart enough to get a green card.
Phil Brooks: My goodness Josh! How could you say such a thing?!
Josh Harter: Uh, because it’s true? Hello?
The arena lights go dark. Marilyn Manson's "Disposable Teens" begins to boom through the arena. All of a sudden, green strobe lights begin to shoot through the arena. The spotlight then shines down on the ramp as Miguel Sanchez is shown standing with a cigarette in his mouth and his World Title belt around his waist. Miguel wears the usual purple tights with his name in red on the back and the black wrist bands, black Marilyn Manson t-shirt, elbow pads and knee pads. He then pulls the cigarette out of his mouth, flicks it into the crowd, then proceeds to walk down the ramp. He stops at the apron and looks around.
Crowd: Migsy! Migsy!
Josh Harter: Phil, I bet you 99.8% of this crowd has been to AA.
He then walks over to his left toward the steel steps, walks up them and onto the apron. From there, he scrapes off the dirt on his boots and steps through the ropes. He walks over to the closest corner and climbs up to the middle rope where he opens his arms and sucks in the reaction from the crowd. He then dismounts the turnbuckle, “Disposable Teens” dies down, Sanchez takes off his title belt, hands it to the ref, and waits for the match to begin. The referee holds the belt as Michelle Madison does the introductions.
Michelle Madison: This match is scheduled for one fall and is for the Global Wrestling Coalition World Championship! To my left, the challenger, from New York City by way of Pittsburg, PA, weighing in at 230 lbs., Thunder!
Thunder ignores the crowds boos as he stares Sanchez right in the eyes, making a title motion around his waist.
Michelle Madison: To my right, the GWC World Champion, weighing in at 230 lbs., “The Sinner” Miguel Sanchez!
Miguel returns to the near turnbuckle and stands upon it as the crowd cheers for him. He inhales the crowd’s reaction the dismounts the turnbuckle. The ref holds the title before Miguel who takes it from him and holds it in his hands for a couple seconds before returning it to the referee. The ref then shows the title to Thunder who stares down at it intensely. The ref then hands the belt to the timekeeper then signals for the bell. The bell rings.
Phil Brooks: And they are their feet here in Calgary as this match begins!
Sanchez and Thunder circle around each other and Thunder holds out his hand for a lockup. Miguel slaps his hand down and Thunder tries again with his other hand. Miguel and Thunder interlock one hand followed by the other and try to overpower one another. Thunder throws a knee into Miguel’s stomach and locks in a headlock. Miguel tries to push him off but Thunder tightens his grip. Thunder pops his hips over and uses a headlock takeover to take Sanchez. Sanchez lands on his back, shoulder’s down.
1. 2.
Sanchez pushes Thunder off and escapes the pin. Sanchez and Thunder are back to their feet, Thunder throws a right hook in Sanchez’s direction which Sanchez ducks and hits Thunder with a gut wrench suplex. Sanchez goes for a quick pin.
1.
Thunder kicks out.
Phil Brooks: Some basic mat style wrestling here in the early going. I just hope it stays that way.
Josh Harter: Why do you think Thunder made this a title change on DQ? He knows Miguel will use some sort of underhanded trick to try and win but not this time.
Sanchez runs at Thunder, is met with an arm drag and is flung across the ring. Thunder bounces off the near ropes and drops a running elbow on Sanchez’s back. Thunder grabs Sanchez’s leg and drags him to the center of the ring. Thunder then puts Sanchez in a Texas Cloverleaf.
Josh Harter: Thunder takes advantage and puts Sanchez in a Texas Cloverleaf.
Phil Brooks: More like a Canadian Maple leaf.
Sanchez struggles to get to the ropes but Thunder’s hold is too strong. Sanchez fights and manages to kick Thunder loose. Sanchez makes it to his feet but Thunder slams him back down to the mat with a German suplex. Thunder pulls Sanchez to his feet and uses a backbreaker slam.
Phil Brooks: Thunder working on the back of Sanchez. Thunder knows Josh, if he continues to do so, he will take away most of Sanchez’s game plan.
Josh Harter: It also makes it harder for him to cheat.
Thunder digs his heel into the lower back of Sanchez using the ropes for leverage.
1. 2. 3. 4.
The referee tells Thunder that he is illegally using the ropes, Thunder argues back but returns his attention to Sanchez and delivers elbows to Sanchez’s back. Thunder rolls Sanchez over and pins his shoulders to the mat.
1. 2.
Sanchez gets his shoulders up at 2.
Thunder argues that the referee counted too slow. Sanchez manages to roll to the outside of the ring near the announce table. Sanchez leans on the announce table, stumbles back toward the ring but Thunder bounces off the ropes and baseball slides out of the ring sending Sanchez’s back first into the announce table. Sanchez bounces off and falls to the outside mat. Thunder exits the ring and stomps on Sanchez while the referee counts the count-out.
1.… 2.…. 3.….. 4.….
Thunder notices the count and rolls back into the ring watching Sanchez lay on the outside.
Phil Brooks: What a cowardly move!
Josh Harter: What are you talking about?!
Phil Brooks: Thunder was having a great technical match then he decides to try and win by count-out!
7.…… 8.……….
Sanchez is on his knees lying on the ring apron.
9.………
Sanchez pulls himself back into the ring before the 10 count.
Thunder tries to pull Sanchez to his feet but Sanchez elbows him in the stomach. Thunder stumbles back and Sanchez follows up with right hook taking Thunder down to one knee. Thunder stumbles into a near corner and rests. Sanchez bounces off the ropes across the other side of the ring and front dropkicks Thunder, slamming him in the corner. Thunder stumbles out of the corner and is met with a running Enziguri from Sanchez. Thunder falls to the mat, Sanchez rolls him over and goes for a pin.
1. 2.
Thunder kicks out a 2. The crowd gives a gathered sigh of disappointment and Sanchez questions the referee’s count.
Josh Harter: That was too close to call. Miguel almost retained right there. What a bad night that would’ve been.
Sanchez brushes the hair out of his eyes, pulls Thunder to his feet and drags him to the nearest turnbuckle. Sanchez slams Thunder’s head into the turnbuckle pad repetitively and the crowd chants along.
Crowd: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
Thunder’s head bounces off the turnbuckle a 9th time and Sanchez plants a roundhouse kick right in Thunder’s face. Thunder falls to the mat and Sanchez climbs the turnbuckle.
Phil Brooks: It’s all or nothing here!
Sanchez stands up on the turnbuckle as Thunder makes it to his feet, turns and Sanchez dives off the turnbuckle connecting with a top rope DDT. Sanchez connects and falls to the mat out of breath as Thunder lies on the other side of the ring face down. The ref begins to count the knockout.
1! 2! 3! 4!
Sanchez begins to stir.
5! 6!
Sanchez is to one foot and Thunder is using the ropes to pull himself to his feet.
7! 8! 9!
Thunder and Sanchez stand up, charge at each other but Sanchez connects with a clothesline. Thunder recovers quickly but is met with another clothesline from Sanchez.
Crowd: Sanchez! Sanchez! Sanchez!
Miguel picks up Thunder, uses a fast headscissor takedown and throws him across the ring. Sanchez is back in the match, he begins pumping up the crowd as he rips off his black and red Marilyn Manson t-shirt and tosses it into the crowd. Thunder crawls back to his feet and is met with an European Uppercut from Sanchez. Thunder falls to the mat holding his jaw and Sanchez climbs a near turnbuckle. He stands upon the turnbuckle, making a cross with his arms, then braking it signaling the end.
Phil Brooks: Miguel Sanchez is signaling he wants to end it right here! Our World Champ has overcome the odds of this match and he is ready to leave Alberta with title in hand!
Thunder wearily makes it to his feet, the ref goes to check on Thunder who turns around and sees Miguel Sanchez coming off the turnbuckle with The Sinner Fly. Thunder ducks out of the way and Sanchez connects with the Swanton Bomb, on the referee. The ref hit’s the mat hard and the crowd moans in disappointment.
Josh Harter: Disqualification! Miguel just blatantly attacked the referee! Sanchez looses by DQ! Thunder wins! Thunder wins!
Phil Brooks: What?! Thunder moved out of the way and Sanchez hit him on accident! Plus even if he did do something worthy of disqualification there is no one to signal for the bell!
Sanchez now realizes he had just hit the referee and tries revive him but the ref appears to be out. Thunder still holding his jaw, has left the ring, pushed Michelle Madison out of her chair and brought it in the ring. Sanchez pushes the lifeless referee out of the ring and turns to a deafening chair shot from Thunder.
Phil Brooks: What a sick chair shot! The ref is down and couldn’t see any of this! Thunder accuses Sanchez of being a cheater yet Thunder is no different!
Josh Harter: Thunder is going to teach Sanchez a lesson!
Blood runs down Miguel’s face as he lies in the ring. Thunder tosses the chair outside the ring and slides out to revive the referee.
Crowd: You Suck! You Suck!
Thunder smiles as he throws the referee back into the ring. He follows, pins Sanchez while shoving an elbow in his face and hooking his leg in imminent victory.
Josh Harter: New champ in 3 Phil! Hooray!
The ref regains slight consciousness and counts slowly.
1.…………………………….....
2.…………………………….................
The ref’s hand comes down for a 3 count but Sanchez throws his shoulder up before it hits the mat. The crowd jumps to their feet cheering at the top of their lungs.
Phil Brooks: Miguel Sanchez refuses to die!
Thunder can’t believe Sanchez just kicked out and he goes for the pin again.
1.
2.
Sanchez kicks out again!
Out from the stage runs none other than Mayhem Commissioner Drake Kencedro. Kencedro runs down and begins frantically yelling at Thunder.
Drake Kencedro: What the hell?! You had him!
Thunder rests while listening to Kencedro’s rant and finally yells back.
Thunder: Go back there now! I have this under control!
Thunder kicks at the ropes scaring Kencedro back, turns his attention back to Sanchez and signals for the Million Dollar Dream.
Josh Harter: Don’t wait! Do it now! You can still win!
Sanchez, bloody, makes to his feet as Thunder tries to lock in his submission but Sanchez reverses it into The Great Rebirth.
Phil Brooks: The Great Rebirth! That’s it!
The ref is now back to his feet, Sanchez hooks Thunder’s leg and the ref runs over to count the pin.
1. 2.
Thunder gets his shoulder up at 2.
Phil Brooks: What great back and forth action!
Kencedro begins to lose control on the outside but searches around and picks up the dented steel chair from ringside. He holds it up and tells Thunder to get the chair from him but out from the stage comes Assault Commissioner Danny Vice.
Phil Brooks: Here comes the boss!
Vice runs over to Kencedro and rips the chair from his hands. Kencedro backs up, begins to retreat and is followed by Vice who is swinging the chair wildly as he chases Kencedro up the ramp to the backstage area.
Phil Brooks: Peace has finally been restored back here at ringside.
Josh Harter: But there is still a war going on in the ring!
Thunder charges at Miguel who hits him with a big boot. Thunder turns and knocks the ref in the head with a flailing elbow. The referee goes down and falls out of the ring.
Phil Brooks: And look at the ramp, Kencedro is coming racing down to the ring! Is he going to?
Josh Harter: Yes! Referee the match! It's like Paul Heyman all over again!
Thunder slowly climbs to his feet and Miguel dropkicks Thunder to the mat and leaps to the top turnbuckle. The crowd is on there feet, really behind both men in the ring. He goes to the top turnbuckle looking for The Sinner's Fly. He leaps but Thunder springs to his feet, catches Miguel and hits Thunder and Lightning.
Phil Brooks: Oh my god!
He hooks the leg. Kencedro with the count... 1! 2! 3!
Michelle Madison: Ladies and gentleman, your winner and NEW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION!!!! THUNDERRR!!!
Phil Brooks: What a fast count!
Josh Harter: So what, new champ!
The crowd booes as Kencedro hands Thunder the GWC World Title. He lifts Thunder's arm in the air and the two hug in the middle of the ring.
Phil Brooks: Oh gross. Kencedro and his love baby Thunder are hugging in the middle of the...
Suddenly, Kencedro hits a belly to belly suplex on Thunder. The crowd gasps. As Thunder gets to his feet, Kencedro hits a spear and the crowd goes wild!
Crowd: Ken-ce-dro! Ken-ce-dro!
Kencedro slams the World title on top of Thunder and lifts his arms in the air as the Unholy Coronation credits roll, the crowd still shocked and cheering Kencedro.
