***OOC: Apologies from myself and Kencedro on these results. They will be MUCH better the following weeks.
In the opening bout, Pillage and Striker put on possible the match of the evening. Striker gained the upper hand during all of this, until the tables turned, and Pillage was able to come back winning the match, and getting the big "W" over Striker. After the match, a sorrow Skyler Striker hit the speaker system, addressing to all of his fans that this match would be his finale in GWC. Shortly following Striker's speak, Aria Cross arrived in the arena, as she gave an invitation of her services to none other than...Pillage.
4/5 Star Match
In the second match of the evening, Xavier Cross squared off with JT Stone...and this time it was a No Disqualification war. JT Stone tried to play the dirty card, as he attacked Cross on the way to the ring. JT Stone went for a devastating chair shot, but Cross was able to regroup and move out of harms way. Cross took Stone's own weapon and used it to his advantage, as Xavier Cross was able to defeat JT Stone.
2/5 Star Match
Now we all expected to see Kencedro's very own brainchild, the Six Pack Challenge. An angered Kencedro made his presence announced over the JumboTron, as he address the situation. Kencedro said these fans wern't good enough to see The Six Pack Challenge, and that no fans were good enough to view such a match. So Kencedro announced that the winner of this next contest will move on to Unholy Coronation to compete against...Jamal Carter, T-Money, and Xavier Cross in a Fatal Fourway! Kencedro finished his speech by butchering the next contest into a preview match, as he named a triple threat to take place between Joe Ragnal, Mike Sullivan, and G-Money. The match started off, as what could have been a classic. Sullivan, and G-Money worked out a game plan to take out Ragnal, but Ragnal fought through and managed to battle off both men. G-Money and Mike Sullivan began to argue within their own combined team, as Sullivan knocked G-Money to the mat with a devastating super kick. Sullivan let his guard down too early, as Joe Ragnal rolls Mike Sullivan up from behind to gain the 3 count.[/color]
3/5 Star Match
Jamal Carter made history last week, as he gained the Television Championship in a surprise match against his tag team partner, G-Money. This week when Carter faces his foe T-Money, and his manager DJ...things got a little drastic. Carter quickly fell victim to the numbers game, as DJ and T-Money dominated in the early going. The fans got behind Carter, but it wasn't good enough. T-Money layed Carter out with a huge top rope piledriver, and he gained the 1, 2, 3. Has T-Money proven a point that he wants Carter's TV Title?
3/5 Star Match
Thunder v. Miguel Sanchez
Johnny Staggs: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and is for the right to decide the stipulation for the World Title match at Unholy Coronation. Making his way to the ring, the current #1 contender for the World Title and Mayhem's very own................THUNDER!
"Money" by Pink Floyd begins to play. As the cash register sound ends and the music begins, Thunder walks towards the ring. He reaches the apron and climbs the turnbuckle, taunting the fans.
Johnny Staggs: And his opponent, the current GWC WORLD CHAMPION!!!!! MIGUELLLLLLL SANCHEZZZZZZZ!
All of a sudden. The lights go out. Marilyn Manson's "Disposable Teens" begins to boom through the arena. All of a sudden, green strobe lights begin to shoot through the arena. The spotlight then shines down on the ramp. Yet, where Miguel Sanchez usually stands, no one is there.
Jack Sage: Where is the champion? This is his time to show Thunder just exactly what it takes to be champ, and he isn't even here?
Don Summit: I don't quite get it Jack.
"Father Part The Clouds In The Sky" hits and Drake Kencedro walks out to the top of the ramp. He has a microphone in his hand and does not look pleased. The music cuts out as he brings the microphone to his lips.
Drake Kencedro: Dammit Sanchez. Where the hell are you? It is time for Thunder, and Mayhem - the one true brand, to show just exactly what we are made of and you aren't even here?
All of a sudden the lights go out again. "Disposable Teens" hits the speakers again as the spotlight runs through the crowd before stopping right next to Kencedro, but again Sanchez is not there. Thunder stands in the ring confused, and begins shouting to Kencedro.
Jack Sage: Is Miguel trying to play mind games with Thunder and Drake?
Don Summit: Always a step ahead perhaps. Sanchez knows how dangerous it is to give too much away before the PPV match at Unholy Coronation.
Drake Kencedro: I know exactly what this is. This is the work of you isn’t it, Danny Vice.
The crowd cheers at the mention of Commissioner Vice, much to the displeasure of Thunder and Kencedro, who begin to shout “Shut Up” to the crowd.
Drake Kencedro: You think that I am going to let you get away with this. Well then I am happy to announce, that the winner of this match, by count-out, is…
Danny Vice appears on the television screen behind Kencedro. The crowds cheer drowns out Kencedro’s announcement, and Vice stands there defiantly with a smile on his face.
Danny Vice: Drake, Thunder. You both think you can walk into the main event on my show, the real show, Assault, and not suffer repercussions afterwards? You think I was going to just standby and let you two get the last laugh in this? Look, I told Miguel to stay home, and convinced him it was in the best interest of him keeping his World Title heading into Unholy Coronation to do so. So go ahead and be my guest, name Thunder the winner, because after Unholy Coronation, the World Title is going to stay on Assault. I will make sure of that. Boys…
With that Reckless Jack, David Alastair, Alaric Griffon, Ryoma, Asagiri, and Darkness all hit the ring from out of the crowd. The men surround Thunder, who has a genuine look of panic on his face.
Don Summit: It’s the roster from Assault. Good god! They’ve got Thunder surrounded inside of OUR ring!
Jack Sage: And Kencedro is screaming toward the backstage for Mayhem to get out here and help.
Thunder tries to get out, but all his exits are blocked. Asagiri hits a dropkick to the back of his knee, followed by a clothesline from Ryoma. Thunder is back on his feet but Darkness drives him back to the mat with a spear. He once again climbs to his feet, but a little slower this time. He receives a spinning heel kick from Griffon once he gets to his feet, again knocking him to the mat.
Jack Sage: Here comes T-Money, DJ, Phantom, Jason Lane, and Victor Sinclair. They’re coming to the aid of Thunder.
Don Summit: No! They stopped at the end of the ramp. Darkness, Alaric Griffon, Ryoma and Asagiri all just went over the top with planchas and knocked over the reinforcements. It’s a brawl outside of the ring!
Back in the ring, Reckless Jack pulls Thunder to his feet. Alastair superkicks Thunder right into the waiting arms of Reckless Jack who hits the Reckless Killing.
Jack Sage: Buzzkill Bitch! Uncultured Youth and the rest of Assault has just knocked out the #1 Contender!
Reckless Jack and David Alastair ascend the two turnbuckles nearest the entrance ramp and stare down Kencedro who stands at the top of the ramp, fuming. On the television screen, Danny Vice is smiling and applauding as “Hope Is” by Killswitch Engage fills the arena. The credits for Mayhem roll...
