"Papercut" by Linkin Park hits as the camera flies around the sold out crowd in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Live at the Tingley Center, it's Wednesday Night Assault.
Phil Brooks: Ladies and gents, it's time for the fourth edition of Wednesday Night Assault. And oh my, this one is going to be huge!
Josh Harter: That's right, tonight we have our first title being put on the line, in a ladder match with Red Solomon and Alaric Griffon!
Phil Brooks: The United States title is literally up for grabs, but before we get to that we're going to have a triple threat match with Abaddon, Eric Kennedy, and Phoenix Chambers. All three men have bright futures here, who can start their climb to the top!
Josh Harter: There is also a 5-man debut match! Five men. One ring. One winner. It's going to be exciting.
Phil Brooks: Also, two more World Title tournament matches. We have David Alastair against BA Monk, winner moves on, loser goes home. And of course, Thunder and Phantom.
Josh Harter: What a show Commissioner Vice has got for us tonight, speaking of which...
"Gonna Fly Now" by Bill Conti hits and the crowd hits their feet as Danny "The Vagrant" Vice makes his way down the ramp towards, giving high-fives to fans and smiling as he slides under the bottom rope into the ring. He grabs a microphone and prepares to address the crowd.
Danny Vice: Now, I knew Albuquerque was an incredibly rowdy crowd.
The crowd screams loudly for the GWC commissioner.
Danny Vice: I am here tonight, to thank each and every one of you for your support of the Global Wrestling Coalition. Without the fans, this place would be nothing.
Crowd: GWC! GWC! GWC! GWC!
Danny Vice: Now, down to business. B...A...Monk. Monk, you think you can just come down into the GWC ring, the ring that represents the will of the great fans of this company, and just attack anyone you want. Well, since you decided to put yourself in Miguel Sanchez business, I am going to put Miguel Sanchez right in yours. Tonight, Miguel Sanchez will be the special guest referee for the match between David Alastair and BA Monk!
Phil Brooks: Wow! Talk about stacking the deck against Monk!
Josh Harter: Completely unfair! That is ridiculous!
Danny Vice: Now, since Skyler Striker also moved on to the semifinals last week, I figure he deserves the same treatment as Migsy does. So tonight, Striker will be out special guest referee between Thunder and Phantom.
Phil Brooks: An incredible power given to the special guest referees, they have the opportunity to make or break a career!
Danny Vice: And if you think I'm going to let Migsy and Striker have all the fun, you are sorely mistaken. Tonight, in the United States Title match. The ladder match. Your guest referee, will be none other than Danny "The Vagrant" Vice!
"Gonna Fly Now" by Bill Conti hits as Vice drops the mic and leaves the ring. The crowd chants his name as he exits to the back after his special announcement for the night's show.
Jamal Carter v. Cool Dad v. Kencedro v. Ryder v. T-Money
Phil Brooks: Out of all the things we could possibly see here in the GWC. 5 men making their debut match right here in the GWC tonight! These men have the chance to make a first, great lasting impression on these great GWC fans.
Josh Harter: You’re right about that. I mean look at some of these great competitors like Cool Dad, Kencedro, Ryder, and T-Money! These 4 are no doubt the future of this company and they’re going to make a statement here tonight!
Phil Brooks: What about Jamal Carter? We’ve been hearing about him for weeks now. What do you think of him?
Josh Harter: What?! That no talent loser! T-Money said he was going to put him on a stretcher, I hope he does just that and CD, Kenny and Ryder help out!
Michelle Madison: Ladies and gentleman, the following match is a 5 man debut match scheduled for one fall…
"Iron Man" by Black Sabbath rocks the arena as slick, bearded man with long black tights, that say “The Icon”, makes his way down the entrance ramp.
Michelle Madison: Making his way to the ring, from Louisville, Kentucky, weighing in at 244 lbs., Cool Dad!
Cool Dad slides into the ring with a smirk on his face as he makes his way to the far left turnbuckle from the ramp, mounts it, and poses for the crowd as cameras flash all around the arena.
As he dismounts, “The Only Medicine” by Scary Kids Scaring Kids picks up over the speaker system, as the fans begin to rip the roof of off the arena with boos. The curtains brush aside, as a man emerges from backstage, with a mistress following close behind him.
Michelle Madison: On the way to the ring, being accompanied by Miss Valentine, from Sidney, Australia, weighing in at 235 lbs., Kencedro!
The couple makes their way down the ramp as Miss Valentine shakes her booty a little for the stunned fans while Kencedro grasps it with pride. At the bottom of the ring Kencedro turns and looks at Miss Valentine, as she blows him a gentle kiss. Kencedro rolls into the ring, and quickly gets to his feet. Kencedro raises his arms in the air, as Miss Valentine makes her way to the announcer seating area to view the match.
Josh Harter: Oooooooooo man! Is that Miss Valentine H.O.T. HOT or what Phil?!
Phil Brooks: Well she sure is mighty good looking but a little prissy looking to me.
Josh Harter: Oh, I forgot that you play for the other team. I bet if that was Elton John, you would be flying off the handle, wouldn’t you?
Phil Brooks frowns at Josh as smoke fills the ringside area and "Kingdom Come" by Godflesh begins to play as we see a shadowy figure emerge from the curtain. Dressed in a chain mail sleeveless shirt, black jeans, and a pair of black boots, the man makes his way to the ring.
He slides under the bottom rope, stands, and sticks both fists straight out to his sides as he tilts his head back and looks to the rafters.
Michelle Madison: In the ring, from The Path to Hell, weighing in at 245 lbs., this is Ryder!
His long blonde hair falls back from his face to reveal deep blue eyes as he looks darkly at his opponents who look on in fear. He then goes to the corner of the ring and sits against the nearest bottom turnbuckle as the music fades and the lights turn back on.
The three stare at each other, scoping each other out, as the house lights fade to black again and two sets of squad car lights pierce the darkness from the jumbotron. The sound of a police siren and a few gun shots fill the air. "We Fly High" by Jim Jones begins to boom through the PA while smoke fills the entryway. A man in baggy jeans appears in a silhouette in the midst of it. From the stage, six shots of pyro are shot out above the crowd.
Michelle Madison: From Orlando, Florida, weighing in at 183 lbs., T-Money!
T-Money steps through the smoke to a vast amount of boos and heads down the ramp. He looks in disgust at the crowd, even making a gun with his hands and “shooting” some of the fans as they continue to jeer him. He slowly strolls to the ring. T-Money climbs the ring steps and stops for a moment to pose for the crowd. T-Money turns back to the ring, climbs through the ropes, and poses once again. His theme music fades out. The men in the ring are intense and are about to tear each others heads off, as they wait for 1 more man. There is a long dead silence as the crowd chants of “We Want Carter” and multiple “You Suck” chants are heard directed towards the ring.
Finally, “Fireproof” by Pillar rocks the arena as the crowd rises to their feet and cheer loudly. A man appears at the entrance way, bobbing his head and rocking his body to the music. The lights in the arena go blue and at the high note of the song he jumps out and pyro heats up the stage.
Michelle Madison: Making his way to the ring, from Birmingham, Alabama, weighing in at 245 lbs., “Fireproof” Jamal Carter!
Carter has on blue tights with red and orange flames running down the side, with his wrists taped and a black armband on his right arm. He walks around the ring shaking hands with the crowd, taking a moment to check out Miss Valentine, which is to her disgust and Kencedro’s displease.
Phil Brooks: This is the man we have heard so much about. The mysterious Carter with a past as unclear as mud but he looks to make a mark here in GWC.
Josh Harter: And these other four aren’t? If I can guarantee anything, it’s that Jamal Carter will not win this match.
Carter slides right into the middle of the ring as Michelle Madison exits and the bell sounds. Money, Kencedro, Ryder and Cool Dad attack Carter at once and begin stomping at him while he is down on the mat. All four at once pick him up and toss him outside the ring.
Josh Harter: Ha! I told you!
Carter is sent flying outside while Ryder delivers an elbow to Cool Dad’s lower back dropping him to his knees in the ring and T-Money turns Kencedro around and multiple elbows to the Kencedro’s face. Ryder begins to knee Cool Dad in the stomach and lets him fall to the mat. Ryder bounces off the ropes and hit’s a leg drop on Cool Dad’s head. Money is choking Kencedro in the corner with his hand as he releases and Irish whips Kencedro into the opposite corner. Ryder goes for the pin but Money pulls him off before a count and slaps him in the facing, mouthing something to him. Fury fills Ryder’s eyes as shoves Money and begins delivering mounted, close fist punches to Money’s head. Kencedro recovers and grabs Ryder’s hair and pulls him off. Kencedro pulls Ryder’s hair, slamming his head against the mat. Cool Dad is back up and German Suplex’s Kencedro halfway across the ring. Cool Dad then locks up with Money, and then DDT’s him on the mat and goes for the cover.
1.
2.
Out of nowhere Jamal Carter comes flying off the turnbuckle, elbowing Cool Dad in the back of the head, breaking the pin.
Phil Brooks: Carter came out of nowhere with that elbow. Cool Dad almost had T-Money! What a save!
Josh Harter: T-Money would have kicked out anyway but that was a devastating DDT.
Carter begins to deliver punches to Cool Dad but Ryder walks over and uppercuts Carter right in the jaw. Carter staggers back and is met with a Side Russian Leg Sweep from Kencedro. T-Money and Kencedro begin to double team Cool Dad and double suplex Cool Dad. Kencedro turns on T-Money and knocks him down with a right hand, spreads his legs and delivers a right punch to T-Moneys groin. Ryder sees his opportunity and hits a senton splash right on top of Cool Dad. Ryder goes for the pin.
1.
2.
Cool Dad kicks out at 2.
Carter stands up and charges at Ryder shoulder blocking him, knocking him to the ground. Kencedro turns around and is met with a swinging neckbreaker from Carter. Carter then brings T-Money to his knees and Jackhammer suplexs T-Money to the mat, pinning him.
1.
2.
Cool Dad breaks up the pin.
Phil Brooks: Man what intensity being shown by these wrestlers tonight.
Josh Harter: Whatever. C’mon Kenny! Lets go Ryder! Take him down Daddy-o! Money Money baby!
Cool Dad puts Jamal Carter in a headlock sitting him on the mat. Cool Dad catches his breath but Ryder runs over and applies a Dragon Sleeper to Cool Dad. Cool Dad and Carter begin to fade away but Kencedro hits a flying knee to Ryder’s head sending him falling to the mat. T-Money bounces off the ropes and clotheslines Cool Dad sending him down as well as Carter falls limp to the mat. T-Money stands up defiantly and poses to the crowd but Kencedro sneaks up behind him and hits him with the backcracker.
Josh Harter: Ouch! Kencedro just delivered that backcracker right to T-Money’s kidneys.
Kencedro goes for the pin.
1.………….
2.…………..
T-Money kicks out at 2!
Kencedro stands up in disbelief and begins arguing with the official. The official explains it’s a 2 count. Miss Valentine approaches the ring and tries to calm Kencedro. As they exchange words, Ryder clotheslines Kencedro over the top rope to the outside. The ref attends Carter and T-Money who are now simultaneously choking each other. Miss Valentine begins yelling at Ryder and he reaches underneath the top rope and grabs Miss Valentine by the hair.
Phil Brooks: How dare that monster put his hands on a woman!
Josh Harter: Don’t hurt her. I like that one!
Kencedro nails Ryder in the head with something, as Ryder slumps down on the ropes. It was the ring bell that appears to have knocked out Ryder cold. Kencedro is up on the ring apron now and he sunset flips into the ring pinning Ryder.
1.
2.
Cool Dad breaks up the count.
Cool Dad drags Kencedro over to the corner and sets him on the top turnbuckle. Cool Dad tries to suplex Kencedro but he holds on the ring rope. They both slowly and carefully make it to their feet on top of the turnbuckle. Cool Dad tries the superplex as Ryder runs over and tries to powerbomb Cool Dad. Kencedro holds on again as Cool Dad is still trying to superplex him while Ryder tries to powerbomb Cool Dad. T-Money and Carter mount the opposite sides of the turnbuckle and double choke slam Cool Dad, causing Ryder to powerbomb him and Cool Dad to superplex Kencedro.
Phil Brooks: OH MY GOD! Look as the ring Josh! There are bodies everywhere! It’s like a car wreck!
Josh Harter: But a very entertaining car wreck, Phil! After that who knows what we will see next!
Ryder stands up and tilts his head towards the rafters in the arena. He then climbs to the top turnbuckle. Ryder is looking to hit his Last Ryde top rope DDT on Cool Dad who is slowly rising to his feet but T-Money rushes over to the turnbuckle and pushes him off, sending Ryder to the outside. T-Money leans up against the turnbuckle catching his breath but Cool Dad runs over a splashes him in the corner, knocking the wind out of him. Cool Dad then tosses him over the top rope and slides under the bottom rope and begins attacking Money on the outside. Kencedro and Carter slowly make it to their feet in the center of the ring while Cool Dad and Ryder double team T-Money near the entrance ramp, delivering hard stomps to his back. Kencedro and Carter begin exchanging punches in the ring. Carter ducks under a punch from Kencedro and arm drags him across the ring. Kencedro rolls over and is met with another.
Crowd: Carter, Carter, Carter!
Carter then headscissors Kencedro sending him against the ropes, Carter then tries to spear him through the top and second ropes but Kencedro moves out of the way. Carter catches himself but is on the outside apron. Kencedro tries to suplex Carter back in as Carter tries to counter. On the outside, Ryder slams Cool Dad into the steel steps while T-Money recovers from a double suplex on the outside. Ryder and T-Money are grappling right in front of Carter and Kencedro who are in the ring. Kencedro manages to push Carter right on top of Ryder and T-Money who catch him. They all three hit heads and Kencedro soars over the top rope taking out the other 3 men.
Phil Brooks: This match is intense! These guys are putting it all on the line here tonight!
Josh Harter: All of these guys have had the momentum in their direction, who is going to get the win?!
Kencedro stands up and pulls Ryder back into the ring as Cool Dad, T-Money and Jamal Carter lay on the outside of the ring. Kencedro stands up a dazed Ryder and signals the end as he hits a devastating Forward Russian Leg Sweep. Ryder is lifeless as Kencedro smiles at Miss Valentine as he goes for the pin.
1………
2………
T-Money slides in the ring and dropkicks Kencedro off Ryder. Kencedro stands up but is met with the Money Call spinning heel kick right to the face that sends him reeling back. Money now motions for the end as he sets up Kencedro for the Money Maker Reverse Cradle DDT. He hits it with power and precision and goes for the pin.
1………
2………
Cool Dad now slides back into the ring and pulls T-Money by the ankle off of Kencedro. Cool Dad looks as if he is going to scoop slam T-Money but instead he hits the Cool Crush Air Raid Crash. Cool Dad drops to the mat after the move, out of breath, but manages to drape an arm over T-Money.
1……………………………
2……………………………
Carter springboards in, senton splashing right on top of Cool Dad breaking the pin.
Phil Brooks: What a match! Everyone has given it their all!
Josh Harter: And this is our opener! The crowd is going to be on their feet all night!
Carter now stands up as Ryder tries to hit his Last Ryde DDT off the ropes, but Carter catches him in his arms. Carter then hits his Last Stand powerslam and begins pacing around the ring sizing Ryder up. He Irish whips Ryder into the turnbuckle and hits the breathtaking 3rd Degree Burns top rope powerbomb. Carter goes for the pin.
1…………
2………...
T-Money breaks up the pin. Now all five men are brawling in the ring. Rights and lefts are being thrown without caution of their landing location. It's pure pandemonium! Finally, Ryder drills Jamal Carter over the top rope with a superkick, sending the Firestarter to the outside. Ryder spins around quickly and drills Kencedro with a superkick for him as well. At the same time, T-Money drills Cool Dad with the Money Call. Both men make the cover.
Phil Brooks: One! Two! Three! That's it! But who won!?!?
Josh Harter: I have no idea, the referee hasn't made a signal yet.
The referee heads over to the ropes and shouts something down to Michelle Madison.
Michelle Madison: The referee has made his decision, and the winner by way of pinfall...T-Money AND Ryder!
Phil Brooks: A dual decision?
Josh Harter: For two men who certainly deserve it! These are the two brightest stars Phil, start enjoying them now.
T-Money climbs through the ropes and grabs the chair from Michelle Madison. He walks over to Jamal Carter who is slowly rising to his feet, and drills Carter over the head.
Phil Brooks: What a vicious and unwarranted cheap shot from T-Money. He could have taken Carter's head off!
Josh Harter: He's sending a message to the entire roster that he is the new big dog, and that his bite is just as bad as his bark.
"We Fly High" by Jim Jones hits the speakers as the four remaining men head toward the back. Several medics come down to check on Jamal Carter, who is busted wide open on the floor near the commentators table.

Abaddon v. Phoenix Chambers v. Eric Kennedy
Michelle Madison: Ladies and gentlemen, the following Triple-Threat Match is scheduled for one fall! Making his way to the ring, from Newark New Jersey...Eric Kennedy!
"King's Collide" by Godsmack begins to play slowly over the PA System. Eric Kennedy walks out onto the entrance ramp and looks around at the audience. He than looks down at the ground and a smile breaks across his face as he slowly shakes his head. Kennedy than walks over to the ring and rolls inside. He walks to the middle of the ring and the lights suddenly dim to a dark blue shade. He raises his arms to his side and than raises one hand in the air. As he leans his head back and closes his eyes, red and silver pyros begin exploding all around the ring, just as the music dies down.
Phil Brooks: And there's that maniac, Eric Kennedy, the man who very likely ended Adrian Stone's career for good.
Josh Harter: Didn't you hear him, Phil? He's no longer the King now, a new era has begun! Kennedy'll do anything to get to the top.
Michelle Madison: Entering the arena, from Las Vegas Nevada...Phoenix Chambers!
"Burn" by Throwdown blares through the speakers as Phoenix Chambers walks out of the tunnel onto the stage, hood covering his head. When the intro stops Chambers bows his head a little then throws his arms out, throws his head back, and walks down to the ring, focused and ready. He steps through the ropes, gives Kennedy a glare, and throws his hoodie to the crowd. He then climbs a turnbuckle and sits on the top rope, staring Kennedy down.
Josh Harter: Look at that psycho Phoenix Chambers Phil, doesn't he make you feel a little weirded out?
Phil Brooks: Well I can't deny Phoenix Chambers is certainly a very intense individual, and the events of last week's Battle Royal couldn't have helped matters a whole lot.
Michelle Madison: Introducing the third man in this contest, from Hell itself...the "Devil's Companion" Abbadon!
Josh Harter: Michelle Madison had better get out of that ring, she doesn't want to be anywhere near that monster.
Deathmarch hits the speakers and Abbadon appears on stage with his manager. His manager points at the ring with his kendo stick. Abbadon runs down the ramp and slides in, sticks his thumb in the air and fire pyros explode from the stage where his manager stands, laughing.
Phil Brooks: The timekeeper's bell rings, and this match is on!
The three men circle each other warily, looking for an opening. Kennedy glances at Abbadon, who stares back. Taking advantage of the momentary distraction, Phoenix runs at the pair and dropkicks both of them in the chest. The crowd cheers as the two heels go down.
Phoenix leaps on top of Kennedy and shoots hard rights and lefts to his skull. Kennedy tries to block the shots, but Phoenix is really getting the offense in. Abbadon surprisingly comes to Kennedy's rescue, pulling Phoenix off the former King and throwing him clear across the ring.
Phil Brooks: Look at that show of strength from the big man!
Phoenix lies on the mat, feeling his back as both Kennedy and Abbadon advance and begin to put the boots to his head. The referee tries to break things up, but to no avail as Kennedy and Abbadon continue their assault. Kennedy gets on Phoenix's back and slaps on a Camel Clutch, as Abbadon continues to work on his legs. Phoenix grimaces in pain, fingers shaking inches from the mat.
Josh Harter: It looks like Phoenix is close to tapping out!
Abbadon pauses and stands up. He looks at Kennedy, who nearly has gotten Phoenix to tap. Just before Phoenix could lower his hand to the mat, Abbadon's big boot nearly takes Kennedy's head clean off as the crowd gasps in shock.
Phil Brooks: Eric Kennedy may have blacked out right there! What a shot by that monster! This being a non-elimination match-up, Kennedy could have gotten the win there if not for Abbadon.
Josh Harter: He's not all brawn, that Abbadon, he's got ring smarts as well!
Abbadon picks Phoenix up and body slams him. Coming off the ropes, he goes for an elbow drop, but Phoenix rolls out of the way and Abbadon's elbow crash lands on the mat. Abbadon barely has time to sit up before Phoenix kneels and slaps on a headlock. Phoenix wrestles him to the mat as the referee stands by. Straining, Abbadon manages to get a boot onto the ropes and Phoenix is forced to break the hold.
Phoenix, still a little groggy from the earlier attack, lands a few shots on Abbadon's head and makes him sit up. Coming off the ropes, Phoenix hits a Shining Wizard, then immediately hooks the leg for the pin.
Phil Brooks: One! Two! Oh my! Eric Kennedy broke up that 3-count!
Kennedy, who had revived somewhat, made it across the ring just in time to interrupt the pin. Trading punches, Phoenix and Kennedy slug it out in the center of the ring before Kennedy gets the advantage courtesy of a low blow. Grasping Phoenix by the waist, he pulls off a sweet Overhead Belly-to-Belly Suplex that leaves the psycho sprawled on the mat. Kennedy advances and proceeds to stomp a mudhole in Phoenix's abdomen.
Abbadpiledriver. Picking up the supine Kennedy, he hoists him over his head in a gorilla press and as the crowd roars, tosses him onto the prone body of Phoenix Chambers. Kennedy flops to the mat as Phoenix rolls out of the ring and onto the floor below.
Phil Brooks: Abbadon could have this match won right here. Cover by Abbadon! One! Two! And...no? The referee's pointing to Kennedy's arm. It's on the ropes!
Phoenix had reached up and placed Kennedy's hand on the ropes before the referee could make the final count. Abbadon is furious. Leaning over the ropes, he tries to pull Phoenix into the ring. As he grabs hold of Phoenix's head, Kennedy moves behind Abbadon and pulling with all his might, hits a German suplex that has the mat shaking. Both men are down as Phoneix climbs up onto the apron, and then ascends a turnbuckle. Phoenix throws his arms out, and launches himself off the ropes into a Shooting Star Press and lands on top of both his opponents.
Josh Harter: What elevation from this wild youngster from Vegas!
Phil Brooks: It seems that shot took as much out of Chambers as it did the other two combatants. And Kennedy is now the first to his feet.
Kennedy lifts both men to their feet, and goes to smash their heads together, but they both block it and drive Kennedt to the mat with a double chop. Chambers then hits a standing dropkick and sends the monstrous Abaddon out of the ring. He forgot about Kennedy as Kennedy drives him to the mat with a German suplex. Kennedy locks in the Starmaker, and Chambers has no option but to tap out.
Michelle Madison: Here is your winner...Eric Kennedyyyyyyyy!
"Kings Collide" by Godsmack hits the speakers as Kennedy has his arm raised by the referee. He holds his chest with his off-hand, still feeling the brunt force of the match.
Phil Brooks: Damn that Kennedy. Whenever you think he's down he just comes right back.
Josh Harter: That's because he's a real competitor. One made in the same mold as great champions. One day you will realize this Brooks, and I will be there to say 'I told you so.'
T-Money Segment
The scene cuts to the backstage area of the Tingley Coliseum. G-Money and his manager, Benedict, are seen talking off to the side. Suddenly, T-Money and a group of three men attack both of them from behind. The three men continue their assault on Benedict as T-Money turns his attention towards G-Money. T-Money pulls out a pistol from his pocket and he begins to brutally pistol whip G-Money. Ten GWC security guards quickly rush onto the scene and break up the fight. They immediately confiscate T-Money’s weapon and escort him and his entourage off in the opposite direction.
T-Money: That’s what you get you little cross dressing f*g, don’t you ever f*ck with me!
The security guards try to calm down T-Money but he continues to talk trash as the scene cuts to Josh Harter and Phil Brooks.
Thunder v. Phantom
Josh Harter: You don't mess with a man like T-Money. He can, and will, snap at any moment.
Phil Brooks: So it seems, what a sick man. A sick individual. Let's get back to tonight's action.
Michelle Madison: The following match is a GWC World Title Tournament Qualifying Match scheduled for one fall. Let me first introduce you to the special guest referee for this match, Skyler Striker!
A bell rings and the arena lights shut off completely except for a dark blue light that covers the entrance. Another bell replaces it with the same ring. This too fades until a guitar powers out over the P.A., and the bell rings a third time as the introduction to Metallica’s “For Whom The Bell Tolls” plays. The haunting sounds continue as more blue lights come and go around the arena. The preceding lyric less verse and chorus play, instead the song leads straight into the first verse with words. A shadowy figure emerges at the entranceway, completely black in the dark blue light. A flash of light reveals Skyler Striker, dressed in a GWC referee shirt, only the letters “SS” are spray painted on the back in red. He steps out onto the entrance stage and stands completely still for a moment. He begins his walk to the ring as the lone light follows him down, the arena still black. Skyler slides into the ring and stops in the middle and spreads his arms in a crucifix pose as the lights come up with red pyro exploding from the turnbuckles. Skyler walks to the turnbuckle and does another crucifix, waiting for the match combatants.
Phil Brooks: I talked to Striker earlier and he said that now that he has secured his spot in the GWC title tournament, nothing will stop him from becoming GWC World Champion. But you have to ask yourself Josh, will Striker call the match right down the middle or will he try to eliminate Thunder from the tournament?
Josh Harter: He better call this match fair or my man Thunder will deal with him and delete his chances of becoming champion.
Gary Colfax walks down to the ringside area with a towel draped around his neck, dressed in black sweats, carrying a Slugger baseball bat wrapped in barbed wire. Instead of waiting by the ring steps for Phantom to enter the arena, he slides into the ring, motions for a microphone and gets face to face with referee Skyler Striker.
Gary Colfax: Lets you and I get something straight, I understand that you have your sights set on the GWC World title, like my friend Phantom had had, but you better not mess the monster or I guarantee you will regret it!
Colfax holds up the baseball bat in Striker’s face for him to see but Striker just smirks and blows it off. Colfax lowers the bat as a smile makes its way across his face.
Gary Colfax: But if you tip the scales in the favor of Phantom, you will be rewarded.
Striker thinks about it for a second and grabs the microphone from Colfax.
Skyler Striker: Tempting, yet if your “monster” is so big and bad, he should be able to take care of himself.
Skyler tosses the microphone to the outside as Colfax frowns and turns his head towards the entrance ramp. “We Will Rise” by Arch Enemy starts to play over the sound system for roughly thirty seconds, Phantom emerges from the curtain as fog begins to fill the entrance way and around ringside.
Michelle Madison: Making his way to the ring, weighing in at 275 lbs., Phantom!
As he nears the edge of the ramp, flaming pyrotechnics go off, heating up the arena. When he gets in the ring, he positions himself in the center and drops to one knee as the lights go blue, and he tips his head towards the ceiling and a pyro-stylized image of his mask goes off from the jumbotron then he sits in the corner. Phantom continues to stare at Striker and Colfax continues to prep Phantom for the match.
A cash register sounds and "Money" by Pink Floyd begins to play. As the cash register sound ends and the music begins.
Michelle Madison: On his way to the ring, from New York City by way of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, weighing in at 230 lbs., Thunder!
Thunder walks towards the ring. He reaches the apron and climbs the turnbuckle, taunting the fans. He now walks over to Striker and stares him down. They are eye to eye but neither of them look away. Thunder backs away and Striker checks with the match combatants and Michelle Madison and Gary Colfax exit the ring. Striker signals for the bell and the match begins. Phantom charges at Thunder putting a big boot right in his face knocking him to the mat.
Phil Brooks: Wow! What a boot to the face! That had to have hurt! He is going for the pin!
1.
2.
Thunder kicks out at 2. Phantom complains to Striker and tells him to count quicker but Striker ignores him.
Phantom drags Thunder to his feet and hits a backbreaker bending Thunder in half. Phantom then uses his massive right hand to choke Thunder. Thunder gasps for air as Colfax cheers on the outside apron and Striker counts the DQ.
1. 2. 3. 4.
Phantom breaks the hold and Striker warns him. Phantom is distracted with Striker giving Thunder a chance to German suplex and sends him landing on the back of his neck. Thunder bounces off the ropes and delivers a forearm to the skull of Phantom. Phantom sits up, checking his head for blood and is met with a Shining Wizard from Thunder. Phantom collapses again as Thunder goes for the pin.
1.
2.
Phantom kicks out a 2. Thunder is also upset with Striker but he continues his attack on Phantom. Thunder hooks in a sleeper hold on Phantom and Phantom begins to fade away. All at once, Phantom collapses and Striker goes over to check him. Thunder lighten his grip but Phantom springs up hits his Phantasmal Explosion, an exploder brain buster. Thunder is down and Phantom is trying to regain his stamina. Colfax is yelling from the outside at Phantom to get back on the attack and Phantom does so as he locks in his modified Haas of Pain.
Josh Harter: Jesus Cristo! Gary told me about this submission move, it’s called the Ghostly Prison! I don’t think Thunder can get out!
Phil Brooks: Hey watch your language! This is a family show!
Josh Harter: Oh yeah, a family show named ASSAULT! I HAD NO IDEA!
Phil Brooks has a look of defeat upon his face and he and Josh return to calling the match.
Thunder is still locked into the Ghostly Prison. Striker asks him if he wants to quit but Thunder refuses. Thunder manages to conjure up enough leg strength to break the hold. Thunder jumps up and connects with a double axe handle right in Phantom’s face. Phantom jumps back up and is met with a short arm clothesline knocking him down once again. Thunder drags Phantom to his feet and connects with 2 scoop slams. Thunder goes to the outside and scales the top rope. He scouts out Phantom but Gary Colfax runs over and grabs Thunder’s leg. Thunder tries to shake him off as Striker runs over and makes Colfax release Thunder and warns him of DQ. This gives Phantom a chance to knock Thunder off the top rope making him land right on the family jewels.
Phil Brooks: I haven’t felt that move before but that looks like it hurt.
Josh Harter: Well Thunder has some things that you don’t.
Phil Brooks: I have 2 kids, thank you very much!
Josh Harter: One word: adopted.
Phantom climbs to the top of the turnbuckle and checks behind him to make sure he is clear for a big move. Phantom positions Thunder just right and attempts a top rope Gory Bomb. But Thunder bends his body enough to stop the move and turn it into a top rope sunset flip powerbomb of his own, pinning Phantom in the process. Striker counts the pin.
1.……..
2.……….
Gary Colfax slides in the ring and begins jumping up and down distracting Striker’s count. Thunder brakes the pin after having the 3 count not officially counted and grabs Colfax by the hair. Striker tries to push him back but Thunder shoves him away and Striker answers back with a forearm to Thunder’s head, knocking him down. Colfax cheers, considering that Striker hit Thunder on purpose, pats him on the back and holds out his hand to have Striker shake it. Striker accepts his handshake then sets him up for his Final Revolution backflip uranage slam. And Colfax is down and out. Striker kicks him right out of the ring. Thunder turns around and gets grabbed by Phantom, setting him up for Phantasm Explosion. But Thunder hits him with a knee to the groin. Striker didn't see because he was getting Colfax out of the ring.
Josh Harter: There it is, Thunder and Lighting. Goodnight Phantom.
Thunder lifts the massive giant up and drives him down with his finisher. Hooks the leg for the cover.
Phil Brooks: 1! 2! 3! There you have it. Your #1 seed from the Hitman Division, Thunder!
Josh Harter: He came. He saw. He conquered. A clean sweep, 3-0. Look out Miguel Sanchez, you've got Thunder next week on Assault.
Michelle Madison: Here is your winner and our third semi-finalist...THUNDER!
"Money" hits the speakers as Striker lifts Thunder's arm in the air, but Thunder pushes him away. He begins to gesture a title around his waist as the two men argue in the ring. Finally, Thunder backs down and rolls out of the ring. As he walks up the ramp backwards, he looks to Striker and laughs.

David Alastair v. BA Monk
Michelle Madison: For this next match, we have a very special guest referee....MIGUEL SANCHEZ!
All of a sudden. The lights go out. Lunatic Calm's "Leave you far Behind" begins to boom through the arena. All of a sudden, green strobe lights begin to shoot through the arena. The spotlight then shines down on the ramp as Miguel Sanchez is shown standing with a cigarette in his mouth. He then pulls the cigarette out of his mouth and flicks it into the crowd. He then proceeds to walk down the ramp. He stops at the apron and looks around. He then walks over to his left where the steel steps are and walks up them and onto the apron. From there, he scrapes off the dirt on his boots and steps through the ropes. He walks over to the closest corner and climbs up to the middle rope where he opens his arms and sucks in the reaction from the crowd. He then steps off and waits for the match to begin.
Michelle Madison: The first man in this WORLD TITLE TOURNAMENT MATCH, from Nekomi, Japan.......DAVIIIIIIIIID ALASTAIR!
The beginning of "Atomic Garden" introduces a sheet of light fog, which covers the entrance way. Seen at the right angle, one can manage to see a figure standing behind the fog. As the words "Everybody wants to dance in a playpen/But nobody wants to play in my garden/I see the hippies on an angry line/Guess they don't get my meaning" rattles through the arena, David Alastair steps out of the fog.
A good deal of cheers reign down on David, as he inhales, exhales, and looks around, giving the impression of scanning the path before him. "I'm enchanted by the birds in my blossoms/I'm enamored by young lovers on the weekend/I like the Fourth of July/When bombs start flashing/And I wish I had a shiny red top/A bugle with a big brass bell would cheer me up/Or maybe something bigger that could really go pop!" rings into the sound system, David spreads his arms outward and stays like that until the chorus comes in.
"So I could make the gardening stop/Come out to play/Come out to play/And we'll pretend it's Christmas Day/In my atomic..."
As "Atomic Garden" continues to play, David then proceeds down the ramp and slides into the ring. David proceeds to taunt on the nearest turnbuckle. He embraces the crowd reactions by extending his arms out and proceeds to slowly step off the turnbuckle, preparing for his upcoming match.
"Keep Away" by Godsmack hits the speakers as BA Monk heads toward the ring. He ignores all the fans, and stares directly at Alastair in the ring.
Michelle Madison: And his opponent, from Greenville, South Carolina...B..A...MONK!
The bell sounds and the two lock up. Alastair gains the advantage and puts Monk in a headlock, but Monk pulls Alastair down to the mat by the hair. Special referee Miguel Sanchez begins to yell at Monk for the infraction and the two have words. While this is happening, Alastair reaches his feet and chop blocks Monk. He follows it up by whipping Monk into the corner and hitting him with chops to the neck. Eventually, Monk is able to reverse and chop Alastair several times to the chest. He sends Alastair into the opposing turnbuckle and hits him with a clothesline. Monk poses for a moment, and then focuses back on Alastair. The posing proves costly, as Alastair rolls up Monk in a small package. Sanchez makes the cover.

kickout by Monk.
Josh Harter: Good work Monk. Alastair is just a little flyer. No power. No strength. No chance.
Phil Brooks: What are you talking about? Alastair defeated the mammoth Phantom!
Alastair flashes Sanchez an angry look, but doesn’t waste any time getting back on the offensive. He hits Monk with a stiff knee kick and then places Monk at the bottom turnbuckle. Alastair hits Monk with the facewash, but Monk moves out of the way from a baseball slide, sending Alastair out onto the floor. Monk comes off the top rope with a missile dropkick to the floor. He rolls back into the ring and commands Sanchez to count Alastair out.

Alastair begins to move.

Alastair now reaches the apron, but Monk hits Alastair with a baseball slide, causing Alastair to collapse on the floor once again. Sanchez once again begins to yell at Monk, and this time shoves him. Monk returns the favor, and soon after both men are nose-to-nose shouting at each other. While this confrontation is happening, Alastair reaches his feet and hits Monk with a springboard enziguri. Monk falls on Sanchez, knocking him out as well. Alastair hits Monk with his sunset flip piledriver that he calls Abandon All Ye Hope, and then attempts to revive Sanchez. After a long attempt, Sanchez is finally able to reach his feet and counts Monk down after Alastair finally covers him.

2…
Monk barely kicks out.
Phil Brooks: Alastair definitely the aggressor today. Seemingly ready to move on to the semifinals.
Josh Harter: Don't count your chickens before they hatch, Brooks.
This time Alastair decides to take up his grievances with Sanchez. Monk is able to sneak up behind Alastair and lock in Light’s Out, a version of tazzmission. Alastair struggles to get to the ropes and isn't able to. Monk pulls him back and it seems like there's nothing left. Sanchez lifts Alastair's arm, three times, and this one is over.
Michelle Madison: Here is your winner, and final semi-finalist...BA MONK!
"Keep Away" by Godsmack hits the speakers as Sanchez lifts Monk's arm in victory. Sanchez suddenly kicks Monk in the gut and hits The Great Rebirth on Monk. The music suddenly stops as Sanchez stands over Monk. He looks to the crowd and the entire arena boos loudly. "Leave You Far Behind" by Lunatic Calm hits the speakers as Sanchez leaves both men in the ring.
United States Title Match Red Solomon v. Alaric Griffon
"Gonna Fly Now" by Bill Conti hits the speakers as the GWC fans rise to their feet.
Michelle Madison: The following contest is a ladder match for the GWC UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP! Making his way to the ring, our very special guest referee....COMMISSIONER DANNY "THE VAGRANT" VICE!
Vice emerges from backstage to the excitement of the crowd, but he looks somewhat upset. He comes to the ring with his referees jersey on and a microphone in hand. He walks into the ring seemingly disappointed while the music cuts out.
Danny Vice: Ladies and gentleman, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it seems Alaric Griffon is not in the building. Therefore, I have no choice, but to award his title shot to the man who finished third in the Battle Royal...
"Burn" by Throwdown blares through the speakers as Pheonix Chambers walks out of the tunnel onto the stage with and open hoodie, hood covering his head. When the intro stops Chambers bows his head a little and the singer yells "BURN!" in the song, throws his arms out(almost in a Raven fashion) throws his head back to throw the hood off of his head, and then walks down to the ring, focused and ready. In the ring he takes off his hoodie and throws it in the crowd, and sits on the top turnbuckle, staring at the United States Title which hangs in the balance.
United States Title Match Red Solomon v. Phoenix Chambers
Michelle Madison: And his opponent, from Singapore City...RED SOLOMON!
"Into the Fray" hits the speakers as red light plays across the arena. His manager the Lady leads Red to the ring. Red jumps up onto the apron and jumps over the top rope, before giving a martial arts salute to Chambers. He then stares up to also see the GWC gold on the line, hanging in the balance.
Solomon attacks early and clotheslines Chambers to the mat. Solomon begins to kick and kick Chambers while down, but eventually Chambers brings himself up. Solomon throws Chambers to the ropes, Chambers runs back at him and leapfrogs over him. Chambers bounces off the ropes again, goes for a Vertical Body Press but Solomon ducks it, sending Chambers flying onto the mat. Chambers is quick to his feet, running at Solomon again, but Solomon hits an Arm Drag. Chambers is back up quickly and this time Solomon brings him over and puts him in a Headlock. Phil Brooks: And Red is clearly the aggressor early in this match.
Josh Harter: Wearing down the man early. Not the most exciting thing to watch, but as far as wrestling goes, smart. It won’t stop Phoenix, but it’s smart nevertheless.
Chambers slowly works himself up, and jabs Solomon in the gut a few times. Chambers then executes a dropkick, sending Solomon tumbling out of the ring.
Phil Brooks: Solomon down outside the ring, where our ladders are currently located.
Josh Harter: Good, it is the point of the match.
Solomon begins getting to his feet. Chambers slides under the ropes and onto the apron, and then executes an Asai Moonsault as Solomon gets up, sending him right back down! The crowd pops, and Chambers slowly gets to his feet. He then grabs a chair from ringside. He lifts it up, and slams it down onto Solomon's leg. Lifts it up, and again! And again, and again! Solomon is screaming in pain and clutching his knee.
Josh Harter: Smart strategy. If your legs are injured, you climb a ladder MUCH slower.
Chambers picks Solomon up, and then rolls him into the ring. He then finally pulls a ladder out from under the ring, which gets another pop from the crowd.
Phil Brooks: There it is! The first ladder of the match!
Chambers slides it into the ring, and then teases setting it up... crowd pops... and he throws it to the ground. They boo. He then takes Solomon's leg and puts it inbetween the two sides of the ladder.
Phil Brooks: With an already injured leg, this can't be good.
Chambers picks up one side of the ladder and then smashes it down onto the leg. Solomon screams and rolls away, clutching his leg.
Josh Harter: Solomon just needs to accept his fate! He's a loser.
Phoenix picks Solomon up and tosses him out of the ring. He then sets up the ladder, and begins climbing. Chambers climbs up the ladder, and from the outside, Solomon has somehow gotten to his feet, and sees him climbing. Red rolls back in, and the crowd begins cheering as he starts climbing up, chasing Chambers. He grabs onto Chambers's leg as soon as he can, and soon the two are brawling at the top of the ladder!
Phil Brooks: Holy crap! They’re teetering on top of the ladder. There’s only one way this can end!
Solomon is teetering on the edge, he's leaning back...
Josh Harter: If he falls off, he is done.
But no, he hangs on! He brings himself back and hits a hard shot to Chambers, grabs him and hits The Red Revolution from the top of the ladder!
Crowd: HOLY SH*T! HOLY SH*T! HOLY SH*T!
Josh Harter: That was desperation!
Phil Brooks: It was smart wrestling. Solomon wasn't going to waste his time, if he was going to hit a move, he was going to make it count!
Solomon gets up, slowly, but surely. He is limping. He steadies the ladder, and then begins climbing up it again. One rung at a time, higher, and higher.
Josh Harter: I don't believe it! I was sure he was history.
Chambers is up, however, and throws himself into the ladder. This causes it to fall and Solomon is sent crashing outside the ring, to the hard ground below! This illicits more "HOLY SH*T!" chants from the crowd.
Josh Harter: NOW Solomon is done.
Chambers apparently does not believe so. He rolls out of the ring, slower than before, and heads towards Solomon. Realizing he hasn't sufficiently weakend the leg, he picks it up and slams it to the hard ground. Solomon once again yells in pain, and Chambers smiles. He then kicks at the knee repeatedly before going under the apron and getting another ladder.
Phil Brooks: And here we go again with more brutal attacks from Chambers.
He picks up the ladder and throws it down onto Red's leg. He then sets the ladder down, picks Solomon up, and executes a Double Underhook Slam onto it! He looks down at Solomon, smiling, for a brief second before he slides back into the ring. He sets the ladder back up, and begins his climb. Yet again, Solomon is crawling back into the ring. Chambers looks down and curses to himself. He tries climbing faster, but Solomon is able to reach the ladder and start shaking it as Chambers is at the top. Chambers yells back down, as Solomon climbs. Solomon grabs Chambers leg as he is just a few inches from the title. Solomon climbs higher and goes to hit Chambers, but Chambers blocks it, and as quickly as possible flips over and executes a sunsetflip powerbomb. He smashes Solomon down hard onto the mat and the crowd yet again chants as both men lay on the ground, motionless.
Phil Brooks: THESE TWO ARE INSANE!
Josh Harter: This is unreal. GWC titles are truly worth everything.
Chambers slowly gets to his feet, but he's wobbly. The ladder has fallen down, and is leaning on the ropes. Chambers grabs it and smashes it back down on Solomon before picking it back up and beginning to climb again. Chambers is to the middle of the ladder, but Solomon is back up and climbing. Chambers can't believe it!
Phil Brooks: This man will NOT stay down! Not for the United States title.
Soon, yet again, both men have reached the top. They're trading blows, trading blows... Solomon is wobbling off, Chambers is wobbling off... every so often, one of them reaches for the United States title. Chambers finally drills Solomon with a stiff elbow and drives Solomon to the mat. All of a sudden, out of nowhere, Alaric Griffon has run down the ramp and slid in the ring. Griffon dropkicks the ladder over just as Chambers got his fingers on the title, sending Chambers crashing to the outside. Griffon quickly darts up the turnbuckle and hits The Master and Margarita on the fallen Chambers on the outside.
Josh Harter: GRIFFON’S HERE!
Phil Brooks: And he cleary has a bone to pick with Chambers. And now Solomon has set the ladder back up. He’s climbing, AND HE HAS THE TITLE! RED SOLOMON IS THE UNITED STATES CHAMPION!
Michelle Madison: Here is your winner, and NEW United States Champion…RED SOLOMON!
Solomon falls to the mat clutching the title as Lady jumps in the ring to celebrate with him. On the outside, Griffon grabs the microphone from Michelle Madison.
Alaric Griffon: So Phoenix, you want to mess with my title shot? That’s all good and well, but I will see YOU in that ring…AT ALPHA!
“Into the Fray” hits the speakers as the camera pans between all three men while the GWC credits roll.
Phil Brooks: We’ve got a match scheduled for Alpha! Just wait till next week and find out more!
