Red Solomon v. David Alastair
Michelle Madison: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall! Making his way to the ring, weighing in at 246 pounds...from Nekomi Japan...David Alastair!
'Atomic Garden' booms over the speakers as a light mist begins to rise near the entranceway, obscuring the shadowy figure standing in the center. The fans yell along with the lyrics, and with "Guess they don't get my meaning" David Alastair steps through the smoke, clearly enjoying the massive cheers his appearance receives from the crowd.
The song continues to play as Alastair spreads his arms, and proceeds down the ramp, sliding into the ring. Alastair mounts the nearest turnbuckle, elicting another large pop from the crowd. He extends his arms out one more time before jumping off.
As the song fades away, a slim young woman decked out in Christian Dior's finest red creation appears at the top of the ramp. Taking absolutely no notice of a few jeers from some puzzled fans, she strides down the ramp and climbs up the ring steps, ducking under the ropes. She ignores Alastair, who is looking at her bemusedly, and stretches out her hand for the ring microphone that Michelle Madison is wearing. Michelle, looking a little petulant, hands over the mike and exits the ring.
Phil Brooks: That's the Lady, the manager for Red Solomon, David Alastair's opponent! What on earth is she doing in the ring?
The Lady: Coming into the arena, weighing 205 pounds, hailing from Singapore City...Red Solomon!
Josh Harter: It looks like she's doing the announcing for her client, Phil. No wonder Michelle looked a little ticked off.
Red strobe lights begins to flash across the arena as "Into the Fray" plays over the speakers. The Lady exits the ring and takes a seat beside the announcer's table as Red Solomon appears, with his back to the crowd. Turning around, he runs down the ramp and jumps onto the apron, then leaps over the top rope. Sizing up Alastair, Solomon offers him a martial arts salute, which Alastair returns after a moment's deliberation. The crowd gives a small cheer at this. The timekeeper's bell rings out once.
Josh Harter: Let's get this one on!
Solomon dances around Alastair, his feet moving quickly on the mat. He lashes out with a kick to the midsection and Alastair staggers back, slightly winded. Red moves in and grasps Alastair's head, bringing his knee up to his opponent's face four times in quick succession. Alastair falls to one knee. Red brings him up, and shoots him off into the ropes but Alastair counters with a whip of his own, and meets Red coming back the other way with a cross body-block. Delivering a series of chops to his opponent's chest, Alastair whips Red into the ropes and hits a strong clothesline, which leaves him dazed on the mat. Alastair climbs to the top turnbuckle and leaps off, landing a moonsault. Cover by Alastair.
Phil Brooks: Oh what a move by the high-flying Alastair! And this could be over right here! A hook of the leg, the cover- and Red kicks out at 2.
Alastair gets up and starts to bring Red up to his feet, but the martial artist fires an elbow to his midsection, fending him off. Hooking his leg around Alastair's, Red hits a Side Russian Legsweep that leaves both men on the mat.
Phil Brooks: It looks like Red needs some time here, probably to recover from that moonsault.
Josh Harter: Are you telling me he can't even take one moonsault? And this is the guy who wants to hang with the GWC's finest.
Red grabs Alastair's right arm and wrestles him to the mat, locking in an armbar. Alastair struggles for a while, but manages to get his foot onto a rope. The referee forces Red to let go of his opponent. Red delivers a few kicks to the head of the supine Alastair, then sets him up in a turnbuckle. He climbs up one rope and hits a few forearms to Alastair's forehead. Alastair suddenly throws Red to the mat and jumps up onto the second rope. He hits a legdrop, and the crowd cheers. Alastair slaps a headlock onto Red, and props him up in the corner before hooking him from behind and performing a release Tiger suplex, which throws him into the center of the ring. Alastair moves towards his fallen rival, but Red leaps to his feet and delivers a spinning heel kick, knocking Alastair to the mat. Alastair gets back up almost immediately, but Red hits a dropkick that knocks him out of the ring.
Phil Brooks: Holy mackerel, Alastair has been knocked clear out of the ring! And what's Red going to do here?
Red climbs a turnbuckle and waits for Alastair to get up. When he finally does...
Josh Harter: Missile dropkick! Off the top rope! And both combatants are down, right here in front of our table!
Phil Brooks: Red Solomon risked a hell of a lot with that dopkick, but was it worth it? Alastair's been taken out, but so has Red as well!
Red groggily gets to his feet, and rolls Alastair into the ring. Cover by Red. 1...2...and Alastair kicks out at the last moment.
Phil Brooks: Just listen to this crowd!
Red slaps the mat in frustration, arguing with the referee. He then gets up, bounces off the ropes and hits a knee smash. Red comes off the ropes again, and hits another knee smash. He brings up Alastair, and whips him into the ropes. Alastair bounces off, but ducks under Red's spinning kick and comes back with a kick of his own. Red reacts quickly enough and grabs hold of Alastair's foot, but Alastair jumps and hits an enzuigiri with his other leg, right to the back of the head. Red crashes to the mat. Alastair stomps Red in the back a couple of times, with a look of anger on his face. He yanks Red to his feet and clotheslines him back to the mat. A few more kicks to the back, and then an ankle lock. Red writhes for a few moments but Alastair yanks on the ankle again. He can't get to the ropes, but Red twists around so he's lying flat on his back, and shoves Alastair away with his feet. Alastair falls back into a corner.
Phil Brooks: A clever counter by the young martial artist, he couldn't get to the ropes so he used an unorthodox reversal.
Josh Harter: Unorthodox? That looked more like desperation to me.
Red kips-up, but Alastair comes at him with a running lariat. Red uses a bridging evasion and sweeps out Alastair's legs from under him, making him fall.
Phil Brooks: Drunken Master! Red counters with the Drunken Master!
Red follows up with another knee smash, but Alastair gets his own knees up. Moving quickly, he hooks up Red's arms and launches him into another release Tiger Suplex. Alastair climbs a turnbuckle and gestures to the crowd.
Josh Harter: He's going for it, he's going for a Star Press! If he hits this, it must be over!
Alastair leaps off the top rope with his arms outstretched, and hits a perfect Descending Phoenix. The two men lie still, as the fans cheer and applaud. Slowly, Alastair crawls over to Red and drapes an arm over him.
Phil Brooks: Cover! 1! 2! And...no! By god, I don't believe this! Red got a shoulder off the mat!
Josh Harter: What? How the hell did he kick out of that?
Phil Brooks: I don't have a damn clue!
Alastair wears a look of stunned disbelief on his face as he sits beside the prone body of his opponent, shaking his head. He eventually gets up on one foot, and then the other, and pulls up Red. Bringing him to one corner, Alastair seats Red on the top rope and begins to climb. He puts a headlock on Red, and prepares to hit a superplex. He pulls...but Red hangs on. One more time...nothing. Suddenly Red pushes Alastair off, who lands on his feet. Red then jumps forward, spins around and falls backward, driving Alastair's head into the mat.
Phil Brooks: Red Revolution, and Alastair is down! Alastair was about to hit that superplex on Red, but he reversed it at the last moment and pulled off the Red Revolution!
Josh Harter: Hooks the leg! 1! 2! 3! No! Alastair got his foot on the rope! Oh my god!
Crowd: GWC! GWC! GWC!
Phil Brooks: What action here in our opener tonight!
Both men a little slow to their feet now. Solomon swings with a right shop but it is ducked under by Alastair who hits a heel kick to the midsection and sets Solomon up for Abandon All Ye Hope. The attempt is blocked by Solomon who reverses the hold into Teeth of the Dragon. Alastair tries to reach the ropes but is trapped in the middle of the ring and is forced to tap out.
Michelle Madison: Here is your winner....RED SOLOMON!
"Into the Fray" hits the speakers as The Lady runs into the ring to raise the arm of Red and celebrate in the ring, as Alastair rolls out of the ring holding his arm.
Phoenix Chambers Segment
Live in the Galen Center, the screaming from the fans echoed throughout the arena, as Tim Ryan stands in the backstage area, by a door marked “The Vagrant”.
Tim Ryan: Tim Ryan here backstage, standing beside the door of Danny Vice, the owner, founder, and heart of THE Global Wrestling Coalition. We’re standing out here, to hopefully catch him for a few words.
The office door opens and a young man with brown hair, wearing a black motorcycle jacket, black vintage jeans and a white t-shirt tucked in, walks out the door, saying “Trust me” before shutting the door behind him.
Tim Ryan: Ladies and gentleman, its GWC’s latest addition to the roster Phoenix Chambers!
The arena suddenly erupts at the mention of his name, chanting “Nuc-king Futs” and “Die Hard”
Tim Ryan: What was that about, telling Mr. Vice “Trust Me”.
Phoenix Chambers: He told me to “behave” myself. Heh.
Tim Ryan: Oh. Well anyway, Chambers, a year ago you broke out in various small promotions. Whether it was for your exceptional mat skill, the extreme risks you take, or even making victims out of the security for a few of those promotions, you've left no stone unturned and developed quite a reputation. And you seem to have developed quite a following as well. Do you have a few words for that following??
Chambers: Haha, sure why not, I’ve got some time to kill before I make my exit. I’d like to apologize, for several reasons. I’m sorry that I was so late in signing with this company, but I’m very glad I could be here, even though I’m not scheduled on the card tonight. I’m sorry that I couldn’t participate in the Championship Tournament. I’m sorry I won’t be able to become this company’s first World Champion! And I’m sorry that I’m so Nucking Futs!
The crowd roars, forcing a smirk on Chambers’ face for a moment before he turns serious, signaling for the camera to close up on his face.
Chambers: But I am not sorry that I beat every wrestler in this company into a bloody pulp!!
Tim Ryan: Wait a minute. You never did that.
Chambers stands still, giving Tim Ryan what almost looks like a glare, and then he smirks.
Chambers: …Call it a premonition.
Chambers, still smirking leaves the backstage area towards the arena exit.
Tim Ryan: …uh Ladies and gentlemen, Phoenix Chambers.
Jucain v. Adrian Stone
Michelle Madison: The following contest is a WORLD TITLE TOURNAMENT MATCH! Coming to the ring first, from Calgary, Alberta…..Adrian Stooooooooooone!
Waterproof Blonde's "Come On" blasts througout the arena. Blue lights blink across the stage. A wall of smoke appears. Not long after, Adrian Stone walks out behind the smoke with his hands up. He stops at the ramp and puts his arms in an "X" position. He puts his arms down and runs to the ring. He slides under the ropes. He then stands up and stretches while waiting for his opponent.
Michelle Madison: And his opponent, from Santa Cruz, California…..JUCAIN!
"Move" by Thousand Foot Krutch begins to play. As the music picks up, Jucain runs out to the stage, moving to the beat as he hops his way down the ramp. By the time the next chorus hits, he slides to the middle of the ring and hops up onto his feet, heading for the far-right turnbuckle from the ramp. He leaps onto the top turnbuckle and leans forward towards the audience, moving his upper body up and down and bending his knees to the beat. As the music hits the next verse, he jumps off, spinning 540 degrees, landing to where he is facing the middle of the ring, and stares at his opponent, shaking his hands, rolling his head around his neck.
The bell sounds as Michelle exits the ring, both men exchange rights and lefts in the center of the ring. Stone gains the advantage and whips Jucain into the corner, but Jucain hits a headscissors takedown. Both men spring to their feet and a hiptoss by Stone sends Jucain towards the corner. Stone charges and hits a baseball slide right into the face of Jucain, whose head snapped back and hit the bottom turnbuckle hard. Stone stands and lifts his hands to his sides, followed by a shower of boos from the crowd.
Phil Brooks: Fast start to this match, the crowd certainly has their mind made up of who they are looking to support. Stone of course, received a tie in his first match because of King Kennedy’s interference, while Jucain was defeated by Kennedy earlier in the night.
Josh Harter: King Kennedy is my pick to win this division, but Adrian Stone is a technical genius, and will surely put pressure on Kennedy when they finally meet.
Phil Brooks: That will be a terrific match, taking place next week on Assault.
Stone kicks the seated Jucain several times in the corner before applying his foot across the throat. The referee breaks it at a four count, followed by Stone lifting Jucain to his feet and setting him up in a tree of woe position. Stone goes to the opposite corner and runs full speed ahead, leaping in the air and delivering a vicious knee drop to the jaw of Jucain. Stone with the cover.
Phil Brooks: One...quick kickout from Jucain. Stone slaps him across the face and then covers again. One! Two! Another kickout by Jucain.
Josh Harter: I love Stone's intensity and attacking style. Just relentless every second of this match.
Stone pulls Jucain to his feet and hits a big powerslam. He then bounces off the rope and looks for a big splash, but noboy is home as Jucain rolls out of the way. Jucain first to his feet and delivers two right hands before running off the ropes and hitting an inverted dropsault on Stone. Cover by Jucain. Two count as Stone gets his shoulder up. Jucain climbs to the top rope and leaps hitting a huge elbow drop right into the chest of Stone. He makes another cover.
Phil Brooks: Two count! Jucain seems to be throwing all he can at Stone, but struggling to put him away.
Josh Harter: And rightfully so, as Adrian Stone has beaten much better men than Jucain.
Phil Brooks: Like who?
Josh Harter: Well, not here in the GWC maybe. But...umm...
Both men are slow to their feet. Stone hits a short arm clothesline on Jucain. Stone climbs to the top rope, and leaps off to hit The Future Is Clear leg drop, but Jucain moves out of the way just in time. Jucain is first to his feet and hits Stone with a chop, then a right hand, he runs off the ropes and hits the Jucannon. Jucain with the cover. One! Two! Three! Jucain picks up the victory!
Michelle Madison: Here is your winner...JUCAIN!
"Move" by Thousand Foot Krutch begins to play as the referee raises Jucain's hand high in the air. All of a sudden, Eric Kennedy is seen running down the ramp with a steel chair. He slides in the ring and nails Jucain in the back with the chair. Jucain slowly falls to the mat in pain. The music comes to an abrupt halt.
Josh Harter: Ha! My man! Great shot!
Phil Brooks: Good God! The King just nailed Jucian in the back with the steel chair.
Adrian Stone slowly gets to his feet. His back is turned to Kennedy, who is still wielding the steel chair. Stone juggles his balance from one foot to the other. He turns around and meets the steel chair. It dents over his head.
Phil Brooks: My god! That was even worse than the first one!
Kennedy then places the chair so it folds around Stone's left ankle. Kennedy backs up and hops up to the middle rope at the corner. He then comes crashing down on the steel chair, shattering Stone's ankle. Stone screams in pain.
Josh Harter: One down! Six to go!
The paramedics come rushing down the ramp with a stretcher. They rush into the ring to check up on Stone. Kennedy drops to the mat and rolls out of the ring and slowly walks up the ramp with a smile on his face.

Jamal Carter Vignette
The scene opens with the camera in a canyon with a tranquil waterfall in the center. The sound of the rushing rapids crushing against the rocks at the bottom of the cascade echoes throughout the canyon. On a ledge near the top of the falls, a man is on his knees praying. The man is dressed in a white shirt with black sweat pants with a beanie cap on. He is known to the world as “Fireproof” Jamal Carter, the Holy Man of GWC. His hands are folded together, eyes closed, and his lips move but the sound of the falls drowns out his words. The camera nears and you slowly begin to hear mumbled words from Carter.
Jamal Carter: Dear Father, give me strength when I am weak...Give me hope when I have non...Give me peace when I have chaos...and give me faith when there is none.
He spreads his arms and tilts his head back so he can look up at the sky. As he ends his sentence a clap of thunder can be heard. The clouds cover the sky and rain drops begin to fall. Carter closes his eyes as the rain runs down his face and soaks his clothes. He then turns his attention to the camera as a deafening clap of thunder is heard followed by a bright flash of lightning in the background. Carter faces the camera with an intense look on his face.
Jamal Carter: Soon...
Then pauses.
Jamal Carter:..........Soon.
The camera fades to black a the words “Jamal Carter is coming” flash across the screen.
BA Monk v. Phantom
Michelle Madison: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and is a WORLD TITLE TOURNAMENT MATCH! Introducing first....BA MONK!
"Keep Away" by Godsmack hits the speakers as BA Monk walks down to the ring. He slides into the ring and stretches in the corner, awaiting his opponent.
Michelle Madison: And his opponent, the monster...PHANTOM!
"We Will Rise" by Arch Enemy hits as Phantom enters. He enters like the Undertaker, when he gets to the edge of the ramp, pyros go off like Kane. When he gets in the ring, he stands in the center and gets down like the Undertaker and a pyro-stylized image of his mask goes off.
Phil Brooks: Title tournament match-up here between BA Monk and the monstrous Phantom.
Josh Harter: Neither man successful last week, it looks like this is their last chance to really get going in this tournament for the GWC World Title.
The bell sounds and both men lock up. Phantom, the larger of the two men, wins the battle and shoves BA Monk down to the mat. He then bounces off the ropes and connects with a knee to the head. Phantom picks up Monk, sends him into the ropes, and hits a shoulder block. He then climbs the top rope for what appears to be a double foot stop, but Monk moves out of the way. Monk reaches his feet and strikes Phantom with right hands. He then clotheslines Phantom over the top rope. He backs away, looking for a count out victory.
1…
2…
Phantom stirs.
3…
4…
Phantom reaches his feet and rolls back in, but is met with a kick to head. Monk tries for a german suplex, but the larger Phantom won’t budge. After a long struggle, Monk gets Phantom up but Phantom slips out behind and hits a belly-to-belly suplex. He hits the Ghost Valley Driver and goes for a pin.
1…
2…
BA Monk barely kicks out. Phantom begins to point at the referee, believing the call was a bad one. While this is happening, BA Monk slips behind Phantom. He locks in Light’s Out, his version of the Tazzmission, and the match appears to be over…
But Phantom collapses into the ropes, forcing Monk to break the hold. Monk does, but kicks Phantom hard in the back afterwards. Monk attempts a 450 splash, but Phantom catches him in mid air and hits a tombstone piledriver. Phantom stalls for a moment, and it proves costly. As he picks up Monk, Monk rolls him up in a small package.
1…
2… Phantom kicks out just in time. Shocked by the roll up, Monk has an opening to hit a standing dropkick. Phantom drops to his knees and is hit with a shining wizard. He follows it up with an attempt at The End, but Phantom slips out from behind and lifts for the Phantom Shot, a stalling brain buster. Monk pokes Phantom in the eyes, causing himself to be dropped. He then locks in Light’s Out again. This time, Phantom has no choice but to tap.
Michelle Madison: And your winner, BA Monk!
Monk releases and leaps to his feet to celebrate as Assault cuts to commercial.
Thunder Segment
“Money” by Pink Floyd begins to play, causing the crowd to boo immediately. Thunder appears on the ramp dressed in a suit with microphone in hand. Before he speaks, Thunder soaks in the massive amount of boos for a moment.
Thunder: Go ahead, boo me all you want. I know all of you are doing it because you can’t stand the fact that I beat your little fan favorite BA Monk last week.
The booing grows louder.
Thunder: Hey, it’s understandable. You all wanted BA Monk to win, but I did exactly what I said I would: I won. So go ahead, boo all you want. Let it all out.
The booing ends and a “Shut The F*** Up!” chant begins.
Thunder: I’m not going to deal with you idiot fans anymore. I came out here for a reason. After my amazing victory last week, I was given the week off. And really, I deserve after a performance of that caliber. But I am a man of action, and I want to be back in that ring next week in the World Title Tournament. I’ve got two more matches left, but there is one person I want to face more than anyone else. That’s you David Alastair. I want a real challenge, so let’s see if you can pass the test of the greatest wrestler in GWC. If you are as good as you say you are, than you will face me next week. I’m not waiting for this match any longer. David, I’ll see you in the ring next week, if your not afraid to face the future world champion.
Thunder drops the microphone on the ramp and exits as “Money” plays again.
Eric Kennedy v. Skyler Striker
Michelle Madison: Ladies and Gentlemen, this is the Main Event tonight, and it is a World Championship Qualifying match. It is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, The King, Eric Kennedyyyyy!
"King's Collide" by Godsmack begins to play slowly over the PA System. King Kennedy walks out onto the entrance ramp wearing a red and white robe. He holds a golden scepter in his right hand and raises it in the air as golden pyros shoot out of the ramp. Kennedy begins making his way down the aisle, stopping occasionally to taunt some of the fans who are booing him. Kennedy walks slowly up the ring steps and walks to the middle apron where he steps into the ring. He walks to the middle of the ring and again raises the scepter into the air as golden pyros begin to spray out of the apron of the ring. Kennedy slowly removes his robe and hands it to the referee who quickly takes it outside. Kennedy walks over to the turnbuckle and lays his scepter underneath it as the music begins to die down.
Michelle Madison: And his opponent tonight, Skyler Strikerrrrr!
The low bass of "Animal I Have Become" starts up and Skyler Striker walks onstage as the guitar comes in. He walks to the ring and slides in slowly, lowering his head at the end of the verse and the lights go out. As the chorus hits, the red lights flash on and Skyler spreads his arms in a crucifix pose, letting out an animalistic cry as white fireworks explode from each ring post. He goes to the turnbuckle and does another crucifix pose as a red glitter rains down from the ceiling.
The bell rings and Skyler dashes at Kennedy, who takes Striker down with a drop-toe hold. Kennedy rolls onto his side and applies a side headlock to Striker. Kennedy raises his back off the mat to apply more pressure onto Skylers head. Skyler rolls over to break the headlock. Skyler and Kennedy get to their feet and begin exchaning lefts and rights. Skyler gets the advantage when he knees Kennedy in the gut. He than hits Kennedy with a european uppercut, sending Kennedy stumbling backwards against the ropes. Skyler runs at him and tries to connect a clothesline, but Kennedy counters it with a backbody drop of the rope. Skyler however lands on his feet on the apron and springboards off the ropes and delivers a spinning hurricarana to Kennedy. Kennedy rolls in the corner where the scepter is laying and grabs it, tucking it away under his chest. As Skyler pulls him up, Kennedy swings with the scepter, but Skyler had it scouted and ducks it, and delivers a knee lift into Kennedys midsection. The scepter flies to the middle of the ring and Kennedy drops to his knees in the corner. Skyler starts pounding away on Kennedys head with forearm and elbow shots. The ref grabs the scepter and as he turns around to bring it out of the ring, Kennedy low blows Skyler. Skyler drops first to his knees than falls over on his side in extreme pain. Kennedy gets to his feet and goes to the middle turnbuckle. He leaps off and delivers a fist drop to Skylers head, right into the stitches, opening Skyler back up.
Josh Harter: Oh yeah! Now it gets good! Skyler is busted open, again at the hands of Kennedy!
Phil Brooks: You call someone who is bleeding a good thing?
Josh Harter: Dont be so whiney, whats a good wrestling match without blood?
Kennedy gets up to his feet and begins stomping away at Skylers head, attacking the open cut. He than drops a knee to the temple of Skyler, and than an elbow. Kennedy picks Skyler up and whips him into the rope, Skyler ducks a clothesling but as he comes off the ropes the second time he gets caught in a sleeperhold. Skyler slowly drops to one knee, than two, and than his body slowly slumps to the side.
Josh Harter: The King is about to get the victory here, Skyler is fading away quick.
Phil Brooks: Ill give Kennedy credit, that is a very smart of him to use a sleeper after just opening Skyler up. Skyler is losing blood quickly and most likely still has a concussion from the chair shot last week. This could be the downfall of Skyler.
Kennedy cranks up the pressure and starts swinging Skylers head from side to side, to try to make him dizzy ontop of cutting the blood flow off to his head. The ref checks on Skyler, and than lifts Skylers arm up ... It drops once ... He lifts it up again and it drops for a second time. The referee lifts his arm up and this time Skyler manages to hold it up about an inch over the mat. Skyler begins to get a surge of energy and gets back to his feet. He connects a few elbows to Kennedys gut and just as Kennedy breaks it, he grabs Skyler by the hair and swings him backward onto the ground. Skylers head smacks the mat and Kennedy quickly nails him with a legdrop. Kennedy picks Skyler up and hits him with his trademark Release Northern Lights Suplex. Kennedy covers Skyler.
1...2...Skyler barely manages to kickout.
Kennedy picks Skyler up on his shoulder and delivers a bodyslam to him. Kennedy jumps up for an elbow drop but Skyler rolls out of the way at the last second. Skyler slowly pulls himself up to his feet using the ropes. Skyler somehow manages to pull off an asai moonsault and connects it to Kennedy. Skyler rolls off of Kennedy and cant take advantage of the situation due to the amount of blood he's lost and the assault on his head. Kennedy rolls onto his stomach, still gasping slightly for breath. He moves over to Skylers legs and rolls him onto his stomach. Kennedy than locks in a STF on him. Skyler quickly takes advantage of being so close to the ropes and grabs the bottom one. Kennedy waits until the four count before breaking the hold. Kennedy grabs Striker and picks him up on his shoulders. He hooks him up for a DVD but hooks Skylers head under his shoulder.
Phil Brooks: After all the punishment Skyler has taken, if he hits the Royal Treatment, itll be over.
Josh Harter: About time! Cmon King! Cmon! Finish him off!
Skyler however rolls out and lands on his feet, he shoves Kennedy into the ropes and as Kennedy comes back, Skyler goes for Cross Body Block but Kennedy catches him and plants him to the mat with a spinebuster. Kennedy walks around a couple of feet away from Skylers head. He drops down to one knee and begins to size Skyler up for the Code Red. Skyler slowly gets to his feet and as he turns around, Kennedy leaps up and hooks Skylers head, but Skyler manages to fall forward and shove Kennedy off. Kennedy bounces off the ropes and Skyler nails him with a perfectly executed dropkick. Cover by Striker gets a two count.
Phil Brooks: There is no quit in either of these men, as Striker scales the turnbuckle.
Striker lets out a scream as he leaps off the top turnbuckle and hits the Game of Life leg drop across the throat of Kennedy. Striker with the cover again. One! Two! Thr...Kennedy gets a shoulder up, and the crowd gasps, as Striker was seconds away from vindication. Striker lifts Kennedy to his knees, and chops him twice across the chest, driving Kennedy to the ground. Striker then slides out of the ring and pulls Kennedy toward the corner, and slams the knee of Kennedy into the turnbuckle. Striker rolls back into the ring and drags Kennedy into the center of the ring and starts to apply the Lockdown submission hold. He is trying desperately to turn Kennedy over, but Kennedy reverses it into a small package.
Phil Brooks: One! Two! Three! No! Oh my! Striker got out of that just barely!
Josh Harter: That should have been three. Kennedy had the match won, and now he's screaming at the official.
Kennedy turns around to find Striker charging him, Kennedy misses with a big boot and gets caught in Final Revelation. Striker with the cover...
Phil Brooks: One! Two! Three! Yes! Striker has done it. He defeated the King!
Josh Harter: Kennedy just walked right into Striker's finisher, and there was nothing left to make the kickout. What a match!
Phil Brooks: See you next week, I can't wait to see what Commissioner Vice has in store!
"Animal I Have Become" hits the speakers, while Skyler Striker goes to the turnbuckle and celebrates. He makes a motion of the World Title around his waist, as the crowd chants his name and the picture slowly fades to commercial.
Commissioner Vice Segment
The scene opens back up from the commercial break to show Commissioner VIce inside the ring with a microphone in his hand.
Danny Vice: Ladies and Gentlemen, I am sorry to inform you that due to a vicious attack with a steel chair, Adrian Stone has been sidelined indefinitely. We are not sure what the injury is, but it appears to be a shattered ankle. As far as his spot is concerned in the World Ti...
All of a sudden "King's Collide" by Godsmack begins to play slowly over the PA System. Eric Kennedy comes walking down the ramp with something on his mind and a microphone in his left hand. He approaches ringside and pulls up the microphone to his mouth.
Kennedy: Cut the music!
Kennedy then walks up the stairs and onto the apron where he scrapes the dirt off his shoes and steps between the ropes and into the ring, still covered in sweat from his match with Striker.
Kennedy: Now, Mr. Vice, I don't mean to interrupt this address to the people, but I have something on my mind. Adrian Stone is no longer able to participate in the tournament, therefore, "Your King" demands that he be given a win over Stone in the final match of the first round, and be moved on in the Global Wrestling Coalition World Championship tournament, IMMEDIATELY!
Crowd: You Suck! You Suck! You Suck!
Danny Vice: OK, don't ever....EVER...cut me off again you no talent punk!
The crowd roars loudly as Kennedy stands in shock.
Danny Vice: Second, I will not crown you a belt you have not one. I have an ace up my sleeve Mr. Kennedy. Since Adrian Stone is not able to participate in the tournament anymore, somebody will take his spot. I have made a phone call today to an old friend who gladly accepted the invitation. In the interest of fairness though, he will take Stone's record in the tournament. You see, I have pulled an ace out over your King. You people might know him. After all, he is a local of Los Angles.
All of a sudden. The lights go out. Lunatic Calm's "Leave you far Behind" begins to boom through the arena. All of a sudden, green strobe lights begin to shoot through the arena. The spotlight then shines on the stage and shows a man with short, dark black hair, a goatee, a white button downed shirt, blue jeans, black shoes and a cigarette in his mouth. He just looks down smiling at the ring.
Josh Harter: No way!
Phil Brooks: Oh my god! Is that Miguel Sanchez, here in GWC!?
The GWC logo flashes across the screen signaling the end of the show.
